this was a fine place to stay for a few days!

A beautiful, comfortable home with space for relaxing and working. We enjoyed sunrise over the water on the deck, and the hot tub in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the EV charger in the garage was very convenient for us to test out a Tesla on our trip.

This easy to find duplex is a great place to stay in Discovery Bay. The entire space is clean and well cared for, with plenty of towels, bedding and all the basics provided. Although it was raining most our time there, the dock is beautiful with lots of seating and eating space, and the hot tub was warm on cooler nights. The host was excellent at communications, and the house has most of the basic amenities. There were plenty of little bottles of soap, shampoo and other basics, and the kitchen has pots, pans and utensils. There are stores close by for anything you need during your stay. We were visiting family in the area, including a 11 year old granddaughter who thought the loft with video games and an awesome view was the greatest room ever! She hopes we rent this home again soon. :)

My wife, daughter, 2 grandchildren aged 6 and 4 and I enjoyed our stay. We brought our 18 foot ski boat and boated for the entire week.

Our stay was great. No complaints. The house was clean and as pictured. The hot tub and outdoor pool table was great. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and enjoying our weekend getaway.

This is a well kitted out house with a lovely large deck to enjoy in warmer weather. We got use out of the hot tub and a bit of time just on the deck. Location is handy for the marina and the restaurant that is there. Safeway for some groceries and some other restaurants only a short drive away. A resident cat comes with the property, lives outdoors so was fine as I’m highly allergic! My daughters got a great thrill feeding it. Some construction work still ongoing around the property so was noisy on arrival day and on our last day (I think a neighbour was getting a new boat landing or deck area as there was a huge tanker drilling large poles in place) and another property getting some landscaping done so lots of activity happening. Not the fault of the property owners but did affect enjoying the lovely outdoor space. I would recommend the property to a friend to stay here if weather was nice to enjoy the outside space and possibly rent a boat, if the construction was finished with. All communication with the owner was perfect, they could not have been more helpful.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The house was the perfect size and super clean. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub and loved watching a movie in the spacious living room with reclinable chairs. The owners were super nice and even offered to ship items we left behind. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed this home. It was very clean, perfect for two couples. It had an awesome back yard to entertain on. We had family come over for a great Christmas Eve meal and views of the night sky. Also, bring a swim suit, the back yard has a hot tub.
