This home is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. There is plenty of space, and it has all of the amenities you need. The owners are responsive and have good communication. If we need to be back in Salt Lake we will definitely be back.

This place was so incredible. The lay out was exceptional. The updates on the home were what made this home feel welcoming. The tiny touches of love with a goodie basket when you walk in. When I’m wrapped in white covers it makes me feel like I’m in luxury. The neighbor was so quiet which was so secure feeling for me. I loved that the market was a 5 minute walk. This is the best place to stay. 5 stars. Andrew was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

This was a perfect stay for my out of town family in the heat of the Salt Lake July summer! Owners were very attentive and kind. Hopefully we will be back!

Perfect location
We loved this home. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, clean, and comfortable. Nice touches throughout. Seems recently remodeled but I can’t say for sure. Though it looks small on the outside it doesn’t feel like in inside. My adult son and I visited SLC to hike. Sugar House is a wonderdul location and a perfect drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We hiked Ensign and Heughs Canyon and also visited Ogden, Park City, and the Great Salt Lake Park (

We had a great and very comfortable stay at Andrew's place! The house is wonderful and has everything you need. I've stayed in several vacation rentals and this is one of the best. It's on a quiet street, in a great neighborhood, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and groceries. We would definitely stay here again when we come back! Thanks so much!

This is a well put together space. We had all the kitchen items we needed to cook and it’s right next to a grocery store. Not far from places to eat and convenient to Park City, Snowbird, Brighton.
