My sisters stayed at this beautiful home while in town for a family Christmas. It was comfortable and everyone had plenty of private space. We ate at US Pizza and Hammontree’s, which were within walking distance. Since this rental is in the heart of downtown Fayetteville we were just a short distance from the beautiful Christmas lights on the square and TheaterSquared, where we watched a play. The location is excellent if you want to be in the excitement of Fayetteville but quiet and private at the same time. The rental was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time!

We had so much fun with this spot in Fayetteville. The location is unbeatable. The condo was clean and spacious. The two parking spots were a bonus. It was easy to communicate with the property manager.

Great location close to all the restaurants and downtown plaza. A little noisy on weekend nights since it is a college area. Expect a lot of steep stairs which I do not remember being mentioned in the description. The two upstairs beds are in two separate lofts. Place was clean, nicely decorated, everything worked and cozy. Check in and out was a breeze.

Perfect place to stay when going back and forth to campus or Dickson. Yes, you may hear some late night revelry from there but turning on the fan took care of that.

Awesome location and nice to have reserved parking. Very clean and well stocked home. Have to bring luggage up a flight of stairs to get into home and no bathroom on upper level, but the positives far outweigh. Would stay again!

We stayed for a college visit for my daughter. The home is very close to campus and right off Dickson Street. Very clean and updated home. Will definitely stay again when we come back. Thanks

The condo was really nice and we loved the location. Just what was pictured and we were expecting. The ceiling are high which translates to a lot of steps. Something to keep in mind depending on your party. No bath is upstairs which can mean that someone is traversing a lot of stairs in the nighttime. We got used to it and enjoyed our stay a lot. Just something to keep in mind.

This property is beautiful and a perfect spot for access to University of Arkansas. Walking distance to downtown and shops as well.
Would highly recommend and will definitely return if our daughter chooses U of A!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Was as advertised and communication was very good. Very comfortable, well stocked, great location. Definitely recommend! Weather did almost prevented us from traveling, which would have meant losing out on the condo/money, but we prevailed. If needing to book further out, will do a hotel instead for cancellation/rebooking flexibility.

We booked this unit to attend homecoming and everything was great. Amazing location! The bed was a little hard on the first floor guest room so we chose to sleep on the one the upstairs and it was much better.

Great condo, really nice accommodations, plenty of room for my family of five to stay, and everyone had their own nice bed and space…nice touches with the art and a little balcony too. But the best thing is its location right off Dickson Street. The host is really communicative as well and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come again!

Super convenient, clean, and cute property!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The entire place was spotless and we appreciated the K cups and creamers, etc. that were there for us. The rooms were comfortable and attractive and the layout worked out great for the three of us.
We were there to see a play at the Walton Theater, which was a very easy walk. Restaurants close by were very convenient (and tasty!).
We also felt safe, which was paramount.
The rental company was responsive and quick.
We'd definitely stay here again.
