Gorgeous views and only steps from the beach. Plenty of room in the house for 6 adults, and the rooms were spread out for privacy. Great vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at Sea Turtle House. It was conveniently located, beautiful inside and out, tons of amenities; ample parking, kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, great outdoor/beach equipment, indoor games, even a tub of sunglasses! Great beach access with a spectacular view. The owners were very quick to respond when we had a cable issue as well. We would definitely stay here again if bringing the family to Ft.Walton/Destin area.

We have an amazing time, great beach views , can’t wait to came back again . House is super comfortable for our family, my girls love the bunks beds. Lots of games to play in a runny day . The beach was wonderful, we saw dolphins from the decks . Owners super nice and respond quickly. We really love the house , location was perfect for us !! This rental is a slice of paradise. The home was beautiful, clean, and full of every possible amenity that might be needed during the stay. Amazing view of the beach with a short amount of steps to dip your toes in the water. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Pros: Beautiful townhouse. Right on the beach. Owner communicated very quickly to help. Well equipped with everything you need. Cons: Ice maker never worked. Cockroaches on top floor. Air conditioner went out for one day until serviced. Would not accommodate a two hour delay on check Out without a fee.

It was a beautiful home, with everything we needed. It's location was perfect. Right on the beach, and a short drive to Destin. The home was full of everything we need, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, broad games, cards, and more. The patios had beautiful views of the ocean. I also enjoyed the bedding, very much.

This place is INCREDIBLE! It’s the perfect getaway with AMAZING ocean views from each level!!! The pictures online are exactly what you get. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The owners thought of everything. Again, this place is extraordinary and well kept and updated. We’ll definitely be back!!

My family of 6 adults, 3 teenagers, a 3 and 5 yr old spent Christmas thru New Years day. We can't say enough about it! Clean and Stocked! Location was convenient, enough space for 3 families and the start up supplies was nice. We enjoyed a perfect view of the fireworks on the end of the pier! Owners nice and easy to communicate with when needed! I recommend this Turtle House!

This is an amazing property and the host/owners were beyond awesome. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back soon. Book this property. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed the place. It was very well appointed and user friendly. Every thing was most perfect. We did however feel that the cameras on the 2 porches were overkill an intrusive. The cameras should be placed elsewhere so one can vacation in private without the feeling that someone is watching them. There are other places for the cameras to be placed that would give one security at the same time providing vacation goers with privacy. Privacy is one of the top priorities in selecting a place to vacation. Other that that, zero complaints.

I highly recommend this property! I've been visiting Okaloosa Island for the last 20 years and this is the nicest place I have ever stayed. The listing and pictures are very accurate to what you get. The hosts are very attentive and the house is well appointed. We stayed over Thanksgiving and were able to make a great meal because the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is beautifully furnished and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. I especially loved the master suite, indoor fireplace and all the decks outside. Do yourself a favor and book this house for your next vacation. The beach and hosts don't get any better than this!

We loved the condo! It was super clean, and the owners thought of everything to make our stay perfect! The photos and descriptions are spot on. The view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom is incredible. When wanting to hang out inside, everything is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Then there are so many choices of places to hang outside between the bottom floor patio, the main floor deck and the balcony off of the master bedroom and they each have multiple comfortable seating options. Then the best part of it all…. there is nothing better than having the beach in your back yard!

Liked our stay. Beautiful rental and owners are easy to work with. Looks just like the listing's pictures. If you can't do stairs, this one may not be for you.

The beach front property was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided on site. I would highly recommend this property for a worry free vacation.

This property was awesome! Just steps away from the beach! It was great to have umbrellas and comfy chairs on hand as well as all of the water toys. The kids (and grownups) really enjoyed getting out on the water with the kayaks and paddleboard. The communication with the owner was perfect. Every time our group had a question it was answered within minutes. 5 star stay!

It was so close to the beach! Was an excellent stay. Loved the views. 10/10 would recommend. Property managers were very easily accessible by phone.

Everything was perfect! The location of the spacious clean townhouse was close to all restaurants and shops but more importantly, steps from the ocean! Literally steps! This house was clean, decorated beautifully, and the windows allowed for the perfect view of the sunrise upon waking in the morning and ocean. Everything you could possibly need was available. From chairs, umbrellas, toothbrushes/paste, shampoo, body wash, outdoor shower to rinse off, beach towels, boogie boards, coffee - everything! Plenty of sleep options, night lights which were perfect for my kids and quiet. The pdf print out the week prior to our scheduled vacation let us know everything available to us in the home, instructions for check in and check out as well as near by restaurants. There were even games to play when the weather didn’t cooperate and my kids loved the army men. When we had trouble with the A/C, we contacted Mr and Mrs Clark who responded immediately and had repair personal at the property to fix the a/c the same day. Everything - absolutely perfect! Thank you for a great vacation! We wouldn’t have minded staying another week or two! Or more…. 😄

If you want to enjoy your vacation stay, this is the place. The property owners are great, reliable with their description of their beautiful home. Communication is on point ! Kitchen complete with all you need to cook for your family. Absolutely beautiful, plenty of room for your family. Extras are provided that we didn`t even consider. Literally steps away from a gorgeous beach, which we thought was not as crowded as other beaches we had been to. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Without a doubt the best beach house we’ve ever vacationed in! Everything is there waiting for you to hit the beach as soon as you arrive. Was stocked with just about everything you can think of…all you need are your personal belongings. Very spacious and extremely clean! The views are spectacular from the balconies and the private beach access is a plus for families with young children. They owners have kept in touch with all the information needed for a most perfect beach vacation! We are already planning our next stay at the Sea Turtle House!

The owners are awesome and have thought of everything you might need. The property is very spacious and allowed three families to each have their own space. I don’t think you can stay any closer to the beach than this house, the views and sunsets are spectacular! Very quit and not crowded. We can’t wait to come back.

For those looking for a family beach vacation away from the tourist crowds, this is your place. Very nice and updated… Just steps to the beach!

The house look just like the photos. It was clean and neat.they supplied just about everything you need just bring your personal stuff and you are ready to go. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and easy to get in and out of the property. Would not hesitate to rent from Dave again. P.S. for the older folks there are alot of steps in the house.

Breathtaking does not describe this property adequately. In a sea of 10 story high rises stands a small group to townhouses. View was beautiful - right on the ocean. Recently remodeled - could be featured in a travel magazine. Huge master bedroom - same size as living room. Two wall of windows overlooking ocean in living room as well as master bedroom.. Everything decorated within the last year. Island vibe. Could easily see living in this townhouse year-round. Have spent many years traveling all over the world - 50+ countries. this is one of the nicest laid back trips I have ever taken. Will come back again without question. Mark Stolz
