We stayed at Sunkissed Villa for a week, and it was perfect for us (a family of 4 including 18 and 15 yo boys)! The villa layout was great with the bedrooms - each with a full bath - downstairs, along with an area for watching movies. The first floor open plan layout allowed views out no matter where you were. We spent tons of time on the terrace, watching the birds and monkeys, looking out over the Pacific, and taking a turn in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked (we like to cook) and the entire Villa was so comfortable. We also can't thank the Property Manager David O enough for all if his help setting up adventures for us, linking us with guides for park tours, and recommending a place to get required Covid tests. He was amazing. Thank you all for a fabulous vacation! We hope to be back in the future.

Thank you again for hosting us in the Sun Kissed Villa last month. The villa was lovely and very clean-exactly as seen in pictures. We spent most evenings at the villa and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Our favorite spot was the terrace. The view was amazing, and the pool was a great bonus. And we really appreciated the Christmas decorations! The location of the villa was outstanding. We loved Domincal and visited several times to eat at your recommended restaurants, to shop, and to surf. We also loved being so close to Playa Dominalito and Uvita. All of the locals were extremely kind and helpful. One of the best things about booking with you was working with David. He did an excellent job of bookings tours and activities. Our favorites were surfing, snorkeling, zip lining and horseback riding. He was ALWAYS available when I had questions. As a first-time visitor to Costa Rica, his service made me feel less anxious and comfortable about traveling. We all agreed that we would all love to return to Costa Rica in the future. It was the perfect place for a family with active teenagers.

My girlfriend and I came to this amazing place with our three young children for three nights. The house was extremely comfortable and clean, the location is perfect, with everything we wanted to do all very close. White faced monkeys on the balcony, toucans, large iguanas and parrots. A jungle paradise, we hope to return soon.

I am totally in love with the location, there are so many things to do! It was a perfect getaway for our family. The pool amenities were great for the kids and the house was very clean. All the recommendations by David were spot on. Me and my husband went skydiving in the local town.

On the other hand, if you just want to stay home, enjoy the view and the mountains sounds, while making a bbq meal and let the kids play in the pool is also as easy to do. Overall, is a greta piece of Costa Rican paradise to enjoy.

This condo couldn't be in a better spot. It is literally right in the middle of the jungle with a great ocean view. The private pool was so perfect as well. Also the location is perfect. 10 minutes from Utiva where there are two supermarkets with everything you would want or need. There is a small fish market to the left of the entrance that we went to a couple times to buy fish and shrimp as well. Dominicalito beach which is a short walk is beautiful to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again. We are absolutely in love with Costa Rica and especially the Dominical area. Loved it.

Great view! Pool was beautiful. Rental had everything we need and more. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Awesome water pressure! Dishwasher a plus! Great neighborhood with lots of wild life. Would rent again. WIsh we could have stayed longer.

The home was very clean and the pool was a very nice feature. Close to a very beautiful beach and short drive to many good restaurants. We were so sad to have to leave early due to the pandemic.

This villa #1 had a great view, all the necessary kitchen items and a refreshing pool to cool off in. We were most pleased with the villa property manager David Orozco Jimenez. David met with us to plan our excursions for the week and took care of all the reservations. This made the trip extra special. Thanks again David.

We enjoyed the villa especially the patio and plunge pool. Convenient location, close to dominical and uvita. Steep road getting up but 4wd not totally necessary. Property shows a little wear and tear but should be expected with a rental. Overall a great place !

The owners and property manager were great to work with. The house was great - the view is amazing. Plenty of wildlife (we saw capuchins and howler Monkeys, agouti, toucans among others) and a quick walk to the beach, up a very steep hill. The plunge pool was perfect after a day of hiking or walking the beach. Perfect location for our family of 5.

Everything we wanted from a Costa Rican rental is here. Our activities were all minutes away making this rental the perfect place to stay. The view from the porch in the morning was a great compliment to the peaceful bird song. If we return to Dominical we will stay here again.

Perfect start to our Costa Rica experience. The house is amazing and had everything we needed. The beach across the street was perfect, the pool to start/end our day was incredible and the secret waterfall was a great tip! The only down side was not having a car, catching a ride to/from town was more difficult than we expected. We were able to walk but it took about 30min. Would absolutely stay again. David was very helpful getting us organized. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

We just returned from our 8 night stay. We arrived 12/6 and it was late and beginning to rain. We couldn't see the view. But, the next morning when we turned the corner.....breathtaking!!! The hill is, NO JOKE!! It is possible to rent here, without a rental car. But, be prepared to $$. Dave and Toni found a gem. The house is situated where, most times, you will hear vehicles (4x4, scooters and motorcycles) go by. To be expected. David, the local host, is a gem. He was extremely polite, courteous and professional. He invited us to Villas Alturas on Thursday. Don't miss it!!! There's a beautiful view and awesome sunsets!!! On, 12/10, we celebrated our 14th Wedding Anniversary. Again, David didn't disappoint! He arranged a couples massage and a private dinner. The private dinner was AMAZING! Our Chef is the owner of, El Patio in Play Linda. The plunge pool is a bonus. We walked to the beach, visited Uvita the National Park and even took the local bus back to Dominical. Don't be afraid to park your vehicle and hitch a ride. It cost us less than $10 USD from Uvita back to Dominical. It cost $25 USD taxi from Dominical to Uvita. We will return to the Pacific cost. This house was in terrific condition and we could tell the owners love this home. Great views, plus we saw monkeys, agauti and iguanas from the balcony. Terrific condition - much better than the other places we've stayed in CR. Very close to Dominicalito Beach. A short drive to Uvita and Dominical. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house with fantastic views. The plunge pool was a real bonus. Great location allowed us to walk to the beach, walk to a cool swimming hole/rope swing/waterfall, and up the hill to see monkeys! It was also an easy drive to other beaches and nearby towns and sights. Everything worked out perfectly! Thanks Dave & Toni!

Dave and Toni’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The location was ideal for getting to all the places we wanted to see, and we loved the town of Dominical and the beautiful beach within walking distance. After our active days we loved sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife and using the fabulous plunge pool. Dave and Toni were very responsive and helpful, and David was able to book a few excursions for us (ziplining, snorkeling cano island). Would definitely stay here again!
