Great place to stay if you are in town for a game or short visit. Host was responsive and friendly. The building is very old and the area seems a little run down. The place had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We did hear gun shots outside the towards the back of the building while we were there around 4 am but its Detroit. With that being said, I still felt safe while inside the complex. The building has security cameras and you catch an uber/lyft within minutes. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was exactly as described and close to downtown but far enough away not to be in the thick of things. Perfect for our get away. We also really appreciated the snacks, coffee, and water in the fridge. So kind and thoughtful!

Super cool place with alot of space and unique architecture. No complaints whatsoever especially at the affordable cost

It about a mile from Corktown and a mile from Greektown. Easily walkable and easy/cheap uber ride away! It’s a lovely loft condo! I would say if you have little kids that like to climb it may not be the best for you-the loft has ladders up and there is no railing at the loft, but for a group of adults it is perfect.

A wonderful little condo! We were staying 1 night to attend a concert at Little Ceasar Arena, an 8 minute drive from the location. We had some difficulty getting access codes/keys, but the owner picked up the phone immediately and walked me through the process. So friendly and supportive! The linens were fresh and the place was clean. Loved all the windows and natural light! We were concerned about parking on the street, but it is well lit and we had no issues. We didn't receive departure instructions so we did our best to leave it better than we found it, with used linens removed for the cleaner's ease. We would definitely stay again!

Overall I have no complaints. The check in process was easy. The surrounding area isn’t the nicest but we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The unit was exactly as described and plenty big for the 6 of us.

The noise from neighbors was loud and all night. The place was okay but not someplace I would stay again. The upstairs loft was not easily used. The place was dusty and the light coming from the windows made it very hard to sleep. The owner was nice and helpful.

The loft was very clean, beds were incredibly comfortable, and Jazimen was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Great rental for the price.

Great place to stay for games, super easy to get an Uber. It’s a true historic building. Parking was a little confusing but the office helped us out.

Only thing we were worried about was checking out. We couldn't remember the lock box code and couldn't access the VRBO owner. VRBO closed down commication with them. So we left key on the table hoping that was ok. Also recommend Parking in side lot and walk to the front for easier access. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend 🤩 love that they left us little treats ❤

The check in process was easy and communication with Jazimen was very good. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and well kept. Will definitely stay here again!

Cool loft in a transitioning part of town. Lots of young people in the building with a great view of the Detroit skyline.

As advertised. Plenty or room and seating. Clear instructions. Easy parking. Kinda dusty but not that big of deal. Would 100% stay here again!

Listing is accurate. Nothing fancy but clean and sleeps a handful for cheap. Upper loft has NO railing. So don’t count it if anyone is afraid of heights. It’s an Accident waiting to happen. Apartment is in an industrial area, not near but also not far to anything. Neighbors were quiet and ones we saw, were nice. Towels and bed linens were fresh and smelled great!

Jazimen was very responsive, which made check in very easy! The place was very spacious and comfortable.

This is exactly what we were looking for! Open concept apartment in downtown location. We loved seeing what seemed to be an older building be repurposed and used for apartments with a unique design. - quick trip to our concert and all restaurants and eastern market within short driving distance. Great hosts - we’ll definitely be back if we’re in Detroit again. Thanks for a great stay.

The property is listed as a stylish loft space, there is a lot of potential, but what was done was poorly executed. It is located in a rundown warehouse/manufacturing building that was converted to residences. When we arrived the fire alarm stobes were activated, but no alarm was sounding. No insultation was used in the walls, conversations in the adjoining units are barley muffled and any activity in the hallway is disruptive, especially at 3AM. The doors, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, even some building materials look like they were either repurposed, from the scratch and dent pile at your local home improvement store, or the dumpster at a construction jobsite. There were no closet doors in the bedroom and the toilet flush lever had been rigged to work instead of just replacing it. To flush, you had to lift the lid and pull chain in the tank. (The host did offer to come over during our stay and fix this, but we declined) Build quality is just generally poor. Cleanliness was also an issue, high touch areas were smudged and dirty, the coffee maker had not been cleaned, the couch had an odor, and a party balloon was stuck in the ceiling fan. Lastly the property was sparse. The only seating was the unconformable, but stylish couch that you see in the photos and three small stools. The kitchen was basically non-functional, there were no sharp knives, no ice tray, etc. We had to use a butter knife to cut an apple. Overall, the location is great, the view out the window is great, the light in the space is beautiful, but the accommodations do not meet any other common expectation. We would not stay here again.

Stayed for just a night - had a college alumni gathering - check in was super simple and easy - loft was super clean - host was able to be reached with any questions - parking was some what limited but not awful. Would recommend it and probably stay again :)
