My husband, niece, nephew and I stayed in SLC to attend the Utah versus Florida Gators football game. This house was within walking distance of the stadium and pretty close to everything we did. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The two teenagers had their own space and there was plenty of room for all of us to watch tv. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch on to the fact that the couches were awesome and had recliners in them until the last night. They were so comfortable! But that’s our fault, not the house’s. We used the grill and the hot tub one night and everything worked great. Dennis was very responsive to my questions and we had no problems. I would definitely stay in this home again next time we’re in SLC. Thank you Dennis for the great stay!

We had a great time at this place. The place was clean, the hot tub was great and the playground right around the corner was super convenient. We really enjoyed our time and the host was great and very helpful when we needed some schedule changes due to the tournament we were at. It was very nice and close to activities like the zoo, parks and convention center.

Unfortunately we didn’t actually get to stay in this property as the previous occupants contracted covid and were quarantined during our rental time. Dennis(owner) contacted me with the bad news as I was driving to the airport but instead of just canceling our reservation he worked with me to keep us in a property that was actually an upgrade so we would be close to the Qualtrics summit and he even threw in an extra night stay at a very nice townhome by powder mountain so we could catch a day on the slopes after the conference. Overall great experience in spite of the difficulty of the situation with original res Dennis definitely turned a potential loss into a huge win!

We had a last minute trip and wanted something convenient to downtown. The property was perfect. Clean, comfortable and suited us perfectly. Check in was easy (the app was down, no fault to owners) as was check out, no unreasonable demands on check out cleaning. The property manager was readily available if needed by text and even gave some recommendations for food. The hot tub, fire put and grill were a great addition and made for a very homey/relaxing get together. The area was cute, safe walking distance to a few places to eat, drink and grocery stores.
I would not hesitate to stay at the property again if I find myself back in SLC. Thank you!
