Comfortable Beds. Everything was sparkling clean and in working order. Except we were confused with the TV and channels. The neighborhood is beautiful with the autumn leaves decorating this fine neighborhood and this beautiful home. We loved staying there and petting their friendly dog.
You won't be disappointed as it is a beautiful home and VRBO.

First time staying in a VRBO. This location was excellent! We could walk everywhere and it is an 8 minute drive to the gorgeous Spokane Riverfront. 15 minute drive to the Spokane Valley Mall. First time exploring Spokane, what a beautiful city!
The owners were so helpful, friendly and respectful. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here! Thank you so much for a wonderful first experience.

We were in Spokane for a week to visit friends and do some hiking in areas near the city. Our location was perfect for this and we loved being close to Manito Park. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spotless.

Had a wonderful stay. The space was exactly as advertised in a great location. The home had everything we needed plus some. It was nice to have such a relaxing place to stay. Communitcation was great.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful residential area on the South Hill that is walkable to Manito Park, and Manito Shopping Center, and just a short drive to downtown. Well equipped kitchen that we appreciated as we stayed five nights and made our own meals when we didn't want to eat out. A big money saver! Both bedrooms have queen beds, the bathroom is roomy, and the AC worked great. My one ask would be a lamp or two in the living area to avoid having to always use the ceiling lights. Will and Rachel are friendly, responsive hosts. Their sweet dog Wally greeted us now and then as we came and went - a lovely bonus for dog lovers!

You can’t beat the location of this rental. Close to beautiful Manito park and everything else you need. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable brand new build in safe South Hill. I will stay here again in future trips.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The rental home is beautiful and Will and Rachel were spectacular hosts. Rental was clean and featured everything we could have possibly needed. Communication with the hosts was very quick and they were responsive to any requests or accommodations we may have needed.
10/10 would recommend, and look forward to hopefully staying with them again next time we are in the area.

Spent 4 nights. Very easy location to get around Spokane by car and also explore locally by foot. Nice to have 2 bedrooms, and a quiet private space. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Stayed the weekend here with my husband, 2 year old and 10 month old and it was perfect! I appreciated how clean and well set up/stocked everything was. The property is in a good neighborhood close to town and parks, and we felt extra safe with the gated entrance! Next time I would probably bring a baby gate to block off the stairs for young kids, but we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here this weekend with our 10- and 12-year old kids while in town for a family gathering. It was a perfect setup for our needs - a comfortable place to sleep with a kitchen for cooking basic meals. It was very clean and the location was excellent. The owners checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was exactly what I had hoped for and expected from the description.

The listing is accurate for what you’ll experience when you stay here. Rachel and Will were kind and accessible if we needed anything, and they also look out for you (we left it car lights on which we didn’t realize). Super easy access to the property, close to awesome parks, overall a solid choice in Spokane.

This is a good location, close to parks, medical facilities, and downtown. Very walkable neighborhood, hosts are helpful and the place is clean and private.

Stayed here because a friend and I took our daughters to a broadway show for their 16th birthdays. It was the perfect place to stay and relax and hit the town that evening! Very private, but easily accessible! Coffee shops and food close by. Just minutes from downtown but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

This was a great place for my family of 4 to stay. We walked over to the playground every day, which my 4 year old twins loved. The rental was well equipped with linens and toiletries. Will was extremely communicative and flexible, which was appreciated. We did wish the kitchen table was a larger. It was impossible for all 4 of us to sit at at the same time. However, I would still recommend this for families.

Dropping our son off at school and we needed to stay the week. Neighborhood beautiful and quiet. We were no further than a 10-15 minute ride from anywhere we needed to go. We stayed with our son the first 2 days then it eas just us the rest of the week. My wife was able to work remotel from the apartment with no issues.

It was nice to be able to sleep 5 in the unit. It was fashionably decorated and new is alway nice. Manito park and neighborhoods are just amazing. My husband wished there had been coffee to go with all of the makers but if you bring your own food or washing machine detergent, you can live like you are at home!

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the air conditioning made out stay very comfortable.
We loved being so close to Manito Park and being able to walk through the grounds.
The wifi was a bit spotty for streaming Netflix but for surfing the internet it worked well.

Beautiful Property- Beautiful Neighborhood!
This South Park area property steps from Manito Park was just lovely. The owners, Will & Rachel, were very communicative and so nice. The suite above the garage was very clean and quite roomy with a living room, kitchen, bath, and two bedrooms. Toppping off a perfect stay would be a lamp in the living room as the overhead lights are quite bright. Thank you so much!
