We had a great time and really enjoyed the cabin. We would love to stay there again.

Everything was amazing about this place. Beautifully decorated, lots to do, breathtaking sunrises. It was the perfect setting for our family get together. Owners checked in with us almost daily in case we needed anything. We will definitely look for this canon again on our next trip

This house and location could not have been better for our family. It was near perfect! The house itself was wonderful, just what we wanted and needed. I was quite nervous, as this was my first time using one of these rental services. We have beach rental condos, but we do the rentals ourselves. We have a trusted cleaner and we have close access to the properties, BUT this was the best experience I could have hoped for. The host (owner/management) was so very responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds, lots to do in the house - comfortably housed my husband and myself, our 3 daughters, 3 sons in law and 14 grandchildren (6-19). Two were not expected to join, but were able. On the only downside, but I feel sure these issues will be corrected as the host was very responsive and willing to address immediately. Before I continue, let me preface that the positives of this property far outweigh the suggestions we have for improvement. On a “little issue” there were not nearly enough forks. There were quite a few light bulbs throughout the house needing replacing. The house needed a good scrubbing. The stuff we found left from previous owners - under beds, in couch cushions, beside washer and dryer was unbelievable - jewelry, books, journals and a lot of dust! But the worst was a dishwasher that had not been run. It stunk, took 3 runs and one pan needed soaking and scrubbing for 2 days. A pot in pantry had sauce baked on, noodles still hanging on. Outside table had food.

What a great extended family vacation home! One of our grandchildren turned seven this October and wanted to celebrate with PawPaw and Grammie and any of her cousins who could come and go to Dollywood. Her wish came to true and we all loved staying at American Dream Home. The children loved the playroom with the air hockey, games, corn hole on the huge wrap around porch, ping pong, bunk rooms, and the fabulous theatre room. They saw a flick of turkeys which was exciting. The grownups loved the king beds, the comfortable seats, views of the beautiful mountains, and Grammie liked soaking her sore feet from walking around Dollywood in the hot tub and taking a bath in the jet tub. The house is well equipped and the view from the deck at sunrise with a cup of coffee is breathtaking. We also had plenty of room to share meals and birthday cake. We made special memories and made a little girl’s birthday wish come true. Thank you to our hosts and owners for sharing your great home with us. We hope your home is available next time we visit.

The house is BIG and bedrooms are good distance away. The house is clean and has great activities on every floor. The only issue was the AC. It stayed at 62 degrees and two of the thermostats were locked. The only way to contact the host was through the VRBO app which makes it difficult to send photos. The host said it was fine, but half the group had a hard time sleeping because it was too cold. The host needs to be more accessible.
