First let me say, this condo was absolutely perfect!!! It was my 50th birthday. I wanted to be by the water but not necessarily on South Beach. The area and condo was everything. Easy check-in process and communication was consistent throughout the trip. We will definitely book this again. Thank you so much. We loved it!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Happy Birthday to Me!!!🥳🥳🥳

Our trip to Miami was awesome. The Condo was amazing, centrally located, the view was amazing and the condo was beautiful. Bob was an absolute amazing host. He was extremely attentive and was instrumental in making our stay amazing. I gave this a Five Star rating and would definitely return on my visits to Miami.

My adult children, their partners and I came to Miami for a family wedding. We were lucky to find this unit. First, the location was perfect. The unit was immaculate, and very user friendly. The owner was helpful and responsive to every question. It was immaculate, comfortable, and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

This place has amazing views, central to many restaurants and was extremely clean. Plenty of room to socialize. Our friends are planning on taking this trip again and will be booking the same property. Bravo!

Can’t say enough good things about this unit. Great views and inside space. Nice amenities - even a Nespresso coffee maker! Great owners to work with as well. Active building but that’s you expect in Miami. Large TV for football on Thanksgiving was another bonus. Encourage you to take the mile walk to the bridge!

Our family chose the Brickell area for its restaurants, coffee shops, and ease of walking. We selected this condo for the views, the interior aesthetics, and pool/payroom. The condo was clean, no damage, no broken appliances, fixtures, etc. We always find an issue or two with renting short-stay condo's, but this had none.
To our surprise, they had provided coffee, all necessary cooking and dining plates, pans, spatulas, etc. Again, all of which were clean upon arrival.
Communication with the property management was smooth and responsive. We would stay here again.

Great stay!
Excellent unit in excellent location. First, John is a great host and tried to make our experience the best by going above and beyond his responsibilities to make it better. The apartment itself was exactly as described, with comfy beds, very clean and with a great view! There are also some fantastic facilities within the complex, like the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub, which made our overall experience even more enjoyable. It's also only a few minutes walk to downtown Miami so lots of nice restaurants and walks along the water nearby. I would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Great experience
I can't thank the host John enough, he was so helpful, he and his team were very responsive to our questions. The view was awesome, overlooking Biscayne bay, the ocean, port of Miami and South Beach. The building has great amenities, large pool area, well equipped gym and even a kids playroom. Located in the middle of Brickell everything is within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Place and Perfect Location
Really great place to stay and the perfect location. The host was extremely communicative and helpful prior to and during my stay. The unit, amenities and views are unmatched. Super clean, convenient pool access, parking available, and close to everything I needed with just a small walk. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Beautiful unit in Miami, amazing view
I love staying in Brickell when I go to Miami, its sort of a mini Manhattan and this place is right in the middle of Brickell. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous, the decor is beautiful, and its on the 37th floor so the view is incredible. From the wraparound balcony you have both ocean and city views. The unit has a washer and dryer which is very convenient, and all the comforts you expect from home. Kitchen has a dishwasher and great Nespresso machine that was stocked with plenty of coffee, everything is brand new.
The management is excellent, and any questions or issues were handled immediately. They were always courteous and responsive and you can tell the unit is well cared for and maintained because the property was spotless when I arrived. Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to booking again when I return to Miami.

Great experience!
This is my first time coming to Miami and I had a great time staying at this property. The host was awesome and responded quickly to any questions or problems that I had. When I arrived the unit was immaculate, everything was very clean. The views are incredible because the unit is very high so you can see the whole city and ocean. I loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a dish washer. My experience was great and I would happily return.

Unit and View Exactly as Described
The unit was clean and the view was amazing. Our family of three generations all loved the space. There were issues at check in at the desk where we were told "this is not a hotel" so they couldn't help us with our key fob not working. However, communication with the property manager was excellent.
