i hosted a small family/ friends party that john approved of . the house is better in person! we played music games no complaints! he answered all my calls and text! went into detail about everything . heater pool & hot tub! beautiful sensory! great parking! definitely would book again

The property is across the street from a church. We literally had to clean up and sanitize the house ourselves the night before our gathering. No one slept over in the bedrooms because of spider infestation. We sprayed some of the areas. The couch was old and damaged. The photographer worked their magic to make the home look bigger and better than it was. I was totally left with a bad feeling after checking in knowing that I couldn't get a refund. Many of my guest trip on the step down safety hazard to the very small" SUNROOM". A lawsuit waiting to happen

Its hard to put into words how amazing the owner of the home was and abominating not only did he go out of his way to help me do an eqrly check in for my stay but also took time out of his night to show me how to work the google home, pool controls jacuzzi etc. The highlight is definitely the backyard area the pool lit up and was warm at night and had beautiful lights there is also 2 big seating areas one with a lovely glass fire pit and another infront of pool area, but let us not forget the inside all beds were soft amelled nice and extremely comfortable but my personal favorite part of the home was the billiard table me and my friends enjoy a nice game of pool and man did it set the mood. I will definitely be recommending this home and its owner to my friends and look forward to my next stay.

I have stayed at this property now three times and each experience it gets better and better. The first time was a few months back and was a short stay. I was surprised how beautiful the backyard was and the quality of the appliances. I remember thinking then what a great place it would be for entertaining so when I left I booked it for my daughters 20th birthday. The house owner was so nice & accommodating when I rebooked and even gave us a discount! We arrived June 2nd and stayed a total of three nights. The house was even more spectacular when we arrived then I remembered. We got there late but the homeowner waited for us and had the whole house lit like a beautiful tropical paradise. Color changing pool lights, waterfall and even tiki torches. My daughter and her friends were floored. After a brief tutorial on the amenities & how to operate everything the property owner left us to create our memories. The three days seemed to fly by. We enjoyed the pool and visited Hollywood which was a short 25 min drive. We also barbecued on the amazing grill and enjoyed a game of pool. My daughters birthday was perfect and felt like an Island vacation while only being a few hours away from home. Then a few days ago I decided to do a Juneteenth bbq & pool party with friends & family. Our get together was low key and relaxing. The beds are so comfy & the bedding is high quality. I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. Once again a dream stay. I feel like it’s my new home away from home.

So we got there and he had to be there to check us in which I thought weird but great so he could show us how to work the pool stuff. We told him we would be there around 8pm but we we’re going to arrive at 7 cause we we’re running earlier then we thought coming from another state and check in time was 5pm and he said we couldn’t check in till 8 cause he was working and cleaning crew was going to be leaving at 7:45pm since we said we would be there at 8pm. Well come to find out he was living there which was not the problem. The problem I had is everything was so dirty, stove, Refrigerator, beds, ant’s in the cabinets in the Kitchen. In the bathroom the cabinets where full of his stuff and no room for our stuff and he only had 2 towels for a family of 7 of us for 4 nights. So I said that was not going to work so he said he would go and get us some towels and as he was gone we checked out the rest of the house and there was spiders 🕷️ on the walls and earwig in the bathtub and it was dirty too. When he came back we told him we were not going to be able to stay there my kids said they would not sleep in these rooms which I don’t blame them I would never ask them to. This place was expensive for the 4 nights and I must say I have never seen a place like this with dirt and filth on any VRBO or any other rental site. He was his own cleaner and he’s not very clean. I hope VRBO does something with this rental because it shouldn’t be rent out unless you want to stay in the back yard which was beautiful the house no way would anyone want to bring a family here.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much! We thought it was the best vacation ever thanks to this amazing property and kind and generous host. The backyard pool and spa as well as fire pit made the vacation even that much more memorable. Great neighborhood, great home, awesome host! There was more than enough space for everyone to hang out together as well as do their own thing. Heated pool was awesome!!!!

The home was beautiful on a nice street, in a nice neighborhood!! Backyard very secluded which allows privacy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. John, the host was super nice and great communication throughout the entire process! Looking to stay somewhere nice and secluded this would be the place! I would give more stars if I could because the home is very lovely!
