If you are looking for a good location that is close to the airport and Manhattan beach, this is an okay place. The owner communicated in a timely fashion. If you are not planning on hanging out at the house for long, then you’ll be okay. Otherwise, the sinks in bathroom didn’t drain- had to use kitchen sink to brush our teeth. WI-FI does not connect to internet so no TV. The house is not decorated or kept like a VRBO house should be. You won’t find white linens or a clean atmosphere. You will find random old recliners that have been rain soaked in the backyard, furniture that is literally falling apart, and showers that do not look clean. Would I stay again, if the price is reduced - yes. Would I put something in the sticky freezer- absolutely not. Wait. I don’t want to forget to talk about the art work with the brains oozing out of a person who was shot’s nose. Again, not your typical VRBO home.

We got to the house and it wasnt cleaned. Apparently there was mis communication between home owner and cleaner. Went to wash the towels and sheets and there was mold in the washing machine. Was refunded the cleaning fee at least. Kitchen table cushions were black, dishwasher was broken and closed shut with duct tape, saw a cockroach, grill was rusted and dirty, some outlets and lights didnt work, recliner in living room was broken, toilet overflowed. I understand you get what you pay for, but this was not acceptable at all. Also, homeowner completely ignored a lot of my messages to her.

Location and neighborhood were great for proximity to MB and Sofi stadium. However, at times, I would’ve rather slept outside the home then inside the home. Here are a list of the issues: - Major security concerns: - several damaged windows that could be pushed in from the outside and were not able to be locked. - missing fire alarms and damaged fire alarms - Cleanliness: - moldy walls throughout the house and in bathrooms - moldy and disgusting coffee machine. We deep cleaned it for you… you’re welcome. - dishes were not cleaned and dishwasher appeared non functional (duct taped together and gross) - floors were disgusting. Our bare feet and bottom of our shoes turned black when walking in the house. (We spilled water on the floor, when wiping it up with one wipe, the paper towel turned charcoal black). - old perishable food from previous renters left in the fridge - chair was broken - microwave hadn’t been cleaned in forever - utensils had mold on them - shower handles were broken - bathroom toilet was broken each flush Artwork: Art was borderline disturbing. One painting depicted murder in one bedroom and otherwise the paintings were NSFW. Communication with host: When arriving in LA, I messaged the host and asked about entry details. The host did not respond until after check out saying they didn’t have notifications on. This home is not habitable at the moment and needs to be addressed before the place is rented again.

House in a good location and clean when we got there. The artwork was very inappropriate for young children,the dishwasher was duct taped shut ,the clothes washer was moldy,the grill was non operational and filthy. Thank goodness for paper plates. No kitchen linens or paper products. I had to buy trash bags.for the kitchen. Oven was filthy and the smoke detector went off every time we used it. Cat poop and urine in the back yard by the fence my grandkids couldn't play outside. Mushrooms grew in my sisters bathroom after she showered between the floor and the shower wall. It was a place to sleep and shower and was centrally located for the things we wanted to do.

I will back, it's a great place
