Was very uncomfortable this hotel was to much to stay in it was dusty dirty and bug I couldn’t even sleep so I felt

This is very old dated hotel. Sewer smell in the room. Smoke smell every where.
I wouldn’t stay there ever again. Not very happy.

The lady in the front was nice but clearly stressed out due to being the only one working, felt bad for her. The room was 2.5/10, glad I brought my own sheets. There was dirty tools left in our bathroom, then after we left for a few hours and came back the tools were gone, so they also went in our room without permission or notice.

I thought when I saw Windham in the name it was going to be a upgraded hotel, don't let that fool you into thinking it will be. We got to the hotel between noon and 1:00 and was informed check-in is at 3:00. I asked if we could wait in the lobby until our room was ready and they said, we have rooms ready you just have to pay an extra $35 to get the key now. Got to our room and found it to be absolutely disgusting walls are patched and no new paint all over the place, mold in several places. Bathroom tiles broken scratched and nasty. Sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. They no longer have an airport shuttle so plan on an extra $30 each way for an Uber. Don't make the same mistake as us!

Comfortable. Not as clean as we would have liked. Floors were dirty and my feet were black from walking around even after a shower. One lamp wouldn’t turn on and we mentioned it to front desk but it didn’t get fixed. Coffee maker had a leak. Liked the Dove bathroom products and bed and sheets and towels were good and clean. Service was friendly

Room was disgusting, beds were stained and hadn't been cleaned, weird stains all over the floor. Elevator was barely functioning and inspection certificate is expired. Restaurant inside was disgusting and overpriced.

Got a good price. Hotel was older and needed some remodel of bath and shower. Small TV but worked fine. A good value based on price and location.

Wouldn’t say it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I definitely wouldn’t go back there on purpose! It was good in a pinch. Room was clean but the house keeping didn’t give us towels after they cleaned our room. You can hear everything in the halls, people talking, doors slamming, etc. parking garage is a massive joke. But overall it wasn’t my worst experience ever.

It was bad for me and my 15 year old son.we changed rooms twice and still had to pay full price for smaller room..like to get reimbursed or something.last time I reviewed you guys didn't do anything about it to make it right the room smelled like piss and smoke.it was bad

The shower head was old and dirty. It shook so hard and the water spat out. The comforter had a burn hole in it. The tv was rather small for the size of the room, it was nearly impossible to sit on the couch and watch the tv comfortably. These things but I was told to give a credit card so they could put a hold of $100 on my credit card for 5 days….

Only one light works in the room and the shower did not work properly. The quality of the room left me very disappointed. I would not return to this hotel nor recommend it.

It’s not what I was expecting as to the looks of it it looks a bit rundown. It was clean though and the staff was friendly. Sufficient if you just need a place to sleep

This hotel is a bit run down. We had two main issues. First, the smell of weed in the elevator & halls, which seeped into our room for quite some time. The second was the lack of towels. Every evening upon our return we had to go to the lobby, wait several minutes before someone would help & ask for towels. When I asked for three-four towels for two rooms, I was told they only had two to hand out. There were 7 of us in two separate rooms.

So bad hotel! 1) so bad manner from both employees at checking and check out! 2) very noisy room but no exchange room service even just enter room with nothing to do. 3) checking deposite money return after 30 day!!!! A horrible hotel I will never come back and I don’t suggest you choose it.

Photos online do not convey the truth regarding this property, property is old and run down, many things don’t work, elevator, pool, rooms have old bath fixtures

The price was good, but you get what you pay for. The first room that I was given, I found 6 or 7 bugs in the bathroom, the phone didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work and the shower didn't work. They graciously moved me to a different room, but it wasn't in much better condition.

The garage looked like a salvage yard with abandoned cars. The hotel is aged. The room was on the street side. I could hear loud traffic all day and most of the night. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Like most of the hotels in the L.A. area it was too expensive for what you get. Stay here only if you need to save money.

Nothing good to say, no Wi-Fi, no parking, no AC in the room and mild all over the bathroom. So bad we left before the end of our stay. Went to the front desk and no one there for more than 5 mins. Ramada should be ashamed of this hotel and Expedia should be ashamed to “sell” it.

This place is outdated and doesn’t seem to care. It’s a mashup of styles, none of which are less than 20 years old. The free parking lot was filled with old cars that seem to have been parked there for a decade. The room was old and though attempts were made to clean it, it feels like you could never get it clean. I’m glad I didn’t have a black light with me…I believe I would have found many Jackson Pollock’s in the room.

I got trapped in the elevator 2 times and no body showed any compassion. On the 2nd incident which happened on Friday October 27th at about 5:20pm , I pushed the elevator red alarm button for about 4 minutes until the back door of the elevator flung open . No one came to my rescue. I had to check out the next morning due to the trauma . The hotel is a death trap. You will hear from my attorney soon.

Nothing terrible construction above room in the middle of the night while trying to sleep no parking to many junked cars in parking area to many people in parking area room was not cleaned only once I stood there 4 nights outdated hotel fire hazard in parking lot building to many junked cars
