Close to Piccadilly train station. Room facilities are in good condition. Staff at the reception are professional and nice.

The staff responsible for tidying up the rooms are not attentive enough. Candy wrapper was found under the table when I entered the room.

The location is great, very near the station and local restaurants etc. Hotel bar was quite lively with friendly staff.

There was no plug in the sink and water in sink was luke warm as tap wasn't working properly. Asked if it could be fixed or could we move room. Were told it couldn't be fixed but we were moved to another room, with the same problem. Manager on duty didn't seem that bothered. I would have expected at least to be offered free breakfast as compensation as room price was very high due to busy weekend.

Arriving in Manchester Piccadilly very late at night and having the hotel just next to the station! The room was on the 8th floor and had a great view of the city. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The A&C didn't bother this time, in comparison to previous stays in this hotel. There were both UK and European electric sockets. The room was clean. The staff were very professional!

This is my go to hotel in Manchester City centre, perfect location, all staff are really friendly. the hotel is always clean, with a great bar and social area.
