Great location, the staff were nice, the place is a little worn but that's a given for how many people probably stay there. We had a lovely balcony. The ONLY thing we could complain about was how hard the bed was. Other than that it was a great stay.

We had just come off a cruise and booked the hotel for an additional 2 nights to see New Orleans. They allowed us early check in provided excellent service from the doorman to the concierge wverything was perfect. We had a room facing Bourbon but the music was not overwhelming that wr didnt get a good nights rest. Overall, we will stay here again.

We had amazing time with family and friends for my niece's wedding. It was a great spot to be close to all the hot spots around us.

From the time we checked until the time we checked out, the staff was always available and quick to take care of any needs that we had. This was our second time staying here as we like the location in the convenience of it for walking.

Refused to refund my money for a night I booked but couldn’t make because I had Covid. They asked me to send a picture of my results and my ID to the manager for proof. After sending them requested items I was STILL denied a refund. Why waste my time then? I will NEVER book or recommend staying there ever again. Terrible customer service.

Nice place to stay during Mardi Gras

Only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is because the toilet did not flush properly I had to do the most to flush the toilet I told what appeared to be a housekeeper she told me to call down to front desk but the phone was inoperable. RM 229 Terrible plumbing issues. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and in a great spot ! Mrs. Mary at the bar in the morning was such a nice beautiful spirited person ! The front desk staff was awesome ! Wasn’t too noisy I was able to sleep !

We were there for just one night (mardi gras). They helped guide us over the phone how to get to them since so many roads were blocked for parades. They even let us check in early which was so nice. We were not on bourban st. Side which was actually nice because it was quiet when we wanted to sleep. They have it down when it comes to security, we felt very safe there. Oh and Chris the valet manager was awesome. We had our wallet stolen on the street and didnt have our receipt but didnt need it...he remembered our names and car :) staying again end of april for jazz fest and cant wait!

Was a great place, would appreciated a larger fridge & I guess I missed that there was no microwave in the room. The toilet needed to be flushed 2 to 3 times to totally flushed.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of all the action on Bourbon Street.

Beautiful and clean hotel, and great location; but staff seriously need re-train on customer service. We stayed 2 nights here for the new year eve celebration. When we arrived, the valet staff that greeted us was professional and friendly; however, the front desk staff was completely opposite. She didn’t greet as we walked in, didn’t smile or say anything until I stood right in front of her telling her that we needed to check-in. She coldly replied “Ok,” not one smile or a friendly word from her during the entire check-in experience. The check-out experience was not much better, thou the front desk staff this time had a better professional manner. However, when I politely asked a man dressed like a hotel valet staff, who was standing next to the front desk counter chatting away, where can I get to my car, he impatiently point his finger and told me to “go back (to the door) where you came from.” Just before this hotel stay, we also stayed at Marriott Riverwalk during Christmas and the front desk staff actually walked me to the back of the hotel to show us how to get to the river tour boat. She was professional, helpful and cheerful the whole time, making our experience x10 times better. NOLA Four Points need to seriously train their staff better because customer service is essential in this industry.

We have been here 3 times. It is safe, clean and convenient place to stqy if you are going to be bar hopping at night. We will stay here again.

Love the balcony on Bourbon Street

It is in the heart of bourbon street. We can walk safe any site in the French Quarter. After 5pm the party is outside until 3:00am. In the morning we can take a good breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Great staff

I didn’t mind the location however, I was very disappointed when I checked in and received a room overlooking the parking lot after being told, I was receiving a room overlooking the pool in the courtyard. I booked three rooms for three of my staff members and they both got rooms overlooking the courtyard but for some reason I didn’t get one when I asked about it I was told it would be $50 more money.

We loved the place the parking the room was very clean

Great location right on Bourbon Street! Shower could have been better, bad water pressure. I'd stay again.
