The room service was not good at all. The food was terrible (fish and chips etc.) For that kind of money, one could expect better food. Furthermore, there is nothing in the minibar in the room.
The room cleaning has been forgotten twice during the stay. Once they forgot to leave coffee capsules etc. For average hotels, I could understand. For this type of establishment, it should be better.

Not just Shangri-La, but why do hotels provide those tiny shampoo, conditioner & gel bottles that you can’t read which is which? But clearly read the brand (ego trip?)

Wrong breakfast bill was charged to my room. I am glad that I verified my bill. If I did fast check-out, I would have missed the mistake. The hotel should verify room number when guest is signing bills.

The check in experience was bad as they were not transparent about the perks we suppose to get. They also didn't apply the 20% discount I suppose to get.
When I told them about towels were not delivered and beds were not done despite the fact we asked several times the person who helped me check out said someone will send me an email. No email sent so far.

We stayed in a tower room 9th to 12th February and in a garden room 16th to 21st February. Both rooms were of a very high standard and we would certainly recommend both of them. We did enjoy the added balcony in the garden rooms. Shangri la Singapore was a fantastic hotel with the most amazing swimming pool and restaurants. We had a fantastic time and are planning our return visit in 2025.

I love the work station set up, which they put in your room in advance, yes you pay for it, but was great with the big screen etc..

I had a lovely stay here and would stay again. My room was very comfortable and spacious with excellent housekeeping. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is a little out of the way but a bus stop is within 10 minutes walk and the island bus service is excellent and cheap and easy to use with a credit card tap in/out system.

This hotel is super kid-friendly. There were gifts for kids and things were prepared based on kids' age. There is a kids indoor playroom which was fantastic. Our room was very clean and dry even though the weather was humid. Our kids had a blast staying at this hotel.

It is a wonderful hotel, best location in Singapore. In a quiet ,very green, elevated area with wonderful gardens, restaurants etc. 10 min walk to Orchard str.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area and I was handed over the room at one o'clock and the other at three o'clock and no upgrade was made.

Dear Shangrila Hotel,
It was a pleasure to stay with you one night. We enjoyed the kids club, the jacuzzi, and the swimming pool outside and the buffet. We recommend that the sushi was a bit over cooked and one time the key to the elevator didn't work and there was no Netflix or disney plus on the TV and the jacuzzi wasn't very hot and didn't have bubbles but everything else was amazing especially the room service was excellent.

We enjoyed staying at this resort style hotel with a beautiful garden. Room is clean and bed is reasonably comfortable. Meanwhile it’s a big hotel so busy at lobby and breakfast restaurant.

The hotel is a little old with some of the details having aged. But overall very family friendly and is located in a quiet neighborhood, but yet walking distance to Orchard Road, like an oasis.

This is the hotel we enjoy most in the world. From the reception in the lobby to the assistance on departure. The accommodations are first rate, the room with all the thoughtful arrangements, the, the eagerness of the staff to assist, the beauty of the hotel, the fantastic food catering to international tastes, the unbelievable Christmas decorations … what’s not to like?

This is really nicely designed, very pretty hotel near enough to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet. We booked this hotel partially because of the lush landscaping around the pool, ended up not making it to the pool during our stay, but enjoyed our room and the hotel in general very much. Our room was spacious, and the common areas were very nicely decorated. It is worth mentioning that this hotel is literally 6-7 minutes from one end of Orchard, and maybe 12-14 minutes from a metro stop, making a convenient location on top of the luxury and nice surroundings. There are many hotels in Singapore, but we were very pleased with this one.

The room was not ready for check in at 3pm . We had to hang around for an hour and had an event to attend . Customer service is everything . Hotel room was great , breakfast very crowded and poorly managed .

The grounds were absolutely beautiful! Tropical and green! Our room was VERY nice! I did not like the dining options ~ they were way too expensive! There should have been another coffee shop type available. We had to purchase McDonalds and pizza to save money!

My room was excellent and to a very high standard. Hotel was very large and sometimes it felt too large. I didnt enjoy breakfast setup. The lobby lounge was excellent. The Italian restaurant was ok, food was good but it felt rushed and not in the spirit of Italian eating, it was also very cold.

There are several restaurants of different variety at the hotel, but you have a 10 minute walk to get to another restaurant. No pen only a pencil. The room is very nice.

It was a wonderful stay for my family and I. It was our first time bringing our baby along on a hotel stay and the provision of items at the nursery such as a baby bath tub, a bottle sterilizer were so helpful to us. We love the daybed in the family deluxe room which allows our little room to play on in a safe space. It was also great to be greeted with a fully furnished cot that comes with pillow blanket and rail protectors.
A special shout-out to Debbie from the Housekeeping team. She did our turn down service on the first day and noticed that we take decaf coffee. She then left some decaf coffee capsules in the room for us to enjoy! She really embodied the Shangri-la experience for us!!

This is a fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. A couple of minor issues I mentioned before plus the fact they want to charge a half day for four hours extension to check out and a full day for six hours: daylight robbery!
Overall, we had a very relaxing two days and nights.
