I was told one price when I booked the room get there after waiting a hour first person said 1,003 then the next person said 910.00 the I paid 810.00 then when we got ready to check out they say I had a balance of 235.00 we booked 4 rooms all us paid a different price one room out of four rooms now was correct my room had no refrigerator and I paid more than my friend with one and same size bed this was the worst trip we had this was our second year in New Orleans for vacation not a good experience at all everyone got some kind of refund except me it doesn’t make since they staff certainly don’t know they job everyone saying a different price that’s not right

Service was decent and they let me check in early which was a plus. Close to all the stuff. The hotel is in need of updates overall (floors cracking, paint peeling), and my room was less-than clean with urine all over the toilet.

First check in was at 4. We didn’t check in till almost 5. Once checked in the room smelled just like marijuana. It gave me the most excruciating headache ever.

This hotel is falsely advertised the location and the bar wax the only good thing about this hotel! First before we booked the hotel we called an asked about the balcony rooms two of my friends were told that all rooms that say view were balcony rooms so we went off of that and the highlights on the room which Alonso said balcony and booked the rooms ! When we arrived there was no balcony to my room so I go to the front desk to inquire about my balcony only to be told that the only rooms that come with a balcony will day balcony in the title they had no care that we called and spoke to someone who told us that the view rooms were balconies! They offered nothing and we just had to deal with it ! The room was mediocre the fridge was in a broken wooden dresser! The rooms looks nothing like the pictures definitely out dated version of the pictures online ! The bathroom had no ventilation and the edges of the shower were dirty ! There was a big rust stain on the floor next to my bed ! I asked to have my room cleaned when I went out only to return hours later and my room still not clean tried again later that evening same result! Called down to get toilet paper and towels which took 45 minutes to get ! I had to get toilet paper from my friends room smh ! I won’t be back ! We stayed 4 nights and I couldn’t get my room cleaned not one time just horrible! The microwave for each floor is in the hallway next to the ice machine!

The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly when checking in but checking out in morning there was one person working, not friendly or oersonable. Breakfast was supposed to be open at 6 but no one showed up so nothing until airport. Very dirty around that area and expensive lots of homeless and police presence. Probably would not go back to New Orleans.

Aside from the hotel advertising ALL rooms as "balcony" and only having approximately 8, i would absolutely reccomend.

I usually love Courtyard by Marriotts, but this one was just terrible. It was noisy. The staff was self involved, forgetful, blatantly disengaged and inactive. Despite needing a major face-lift (water damage in places), the rooms were ok. The design of the hotel has everyone facing an open floor atrium, where patrons can mingle in the bar + lounge seats, and the voices vibrate up into the rooms. When I arrived, I asked to move rooms since I was on the 2nd floor and could hear everyone entering the building. The staff said because I booked on Hotels.com, they wouldn't be able to move me (despite not being full). At 2:30AM, patrons were extraordinarily loud and woke me up. I had to call down to them along the railing to quieten down. The manager tried to appease me with Marriott points and moving me halfway through my business trip, but I had little time to move myself between meetings. Additionally, I had to ask the staff for body wash 4 times in one day before I finally got it. The day I could move to another room, the Gen Z teenager they hired put me on a 10 minute hold on the phone. When I went downstairs to see her directly, she chose to fraternize with friends instead of helping me. Lastly, they were doing internet upgrades for 2 days, to which after my conference was over at another hotel, I couldn't even work from my own hotel room. Last note, every hotel should have a water fountain to be green. This one didn't. Isn't this against the law? A poor experience overall.
