No running water for the first half of the stay

From check in to check out it was horrible. They gave me a room card to someone else's room so i walked in on someone. I didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave in the room. The TV did not work. The water was turned off for several hours. Multiple people had tried to get in my room throught the day and night. Not worth what i paid at all.

It was one of the worst stays anywhere for us. I paid for a room with a microwave and fridge. The microwave didn’t work, remote didn’t work and the toilet was clogged. Went to the front desk 4 times to resolve matters and one of the folks came to look at the toilet said the would be right back…never came back. I went to the front desk to inquire and she said we are going to move your room. I said when were you going to tell me? No response. Then we ended up with a room with no microwave or fridge! The halls all smelled like smoke and urine.

The halls were filthy but the room was alright. Thinnest walls ever :/

First they gave us a room that was already occupied and ended up walking in on them sleeping. Then outside our new room there was a pile of dog poop on the floor and it happened twice and there was something sticky on the floor in our room. Then the people in the room next to us were fighting and banging super loud to the point where it was shaking our bed. Barely got any sleep. I'd definitely am not gonna stay here again. Would recommend the valley instead.

Mixed reviews: Housekeeping - Gary did a great job cleaning the room prior to my arrival. Front desk staff at check in - were nowhere to be found. I waited in the lobby for 20min +/- before she returned from somewhere outside.. there were housekeeping clipboards and master keys as well as several other key cards on the desk in a 'tossed on the way by' manner Laundry facilities: dryers appeared as if they had fallen from a truck on the highway and labeled out of order. Washer 1 appeared to operate normally until I returned to collect my items and found that it had only filled up and drained out - didn't aggitate or spin even 1 time around. I had no choice but to hand ring the entire load, I was completely soaked before it was over. Washer 2 required $19 to start the cycle, so I opted against using it. Front desk staff at check out: again waited about 15min for him to show up from somewhere upstairs, I asked of the possibility of maybe an hour extended check out - told I could have 30 min. Went back to room and was literally SCREAMED at by who I assume was head housekeeper or maintenance man that I had 10 min to 'get out'. I requested a $3.75 refund for the washer, front desk man refused, referred me to helpline posted on machine, found no stickers or dialogue anywhere on it, relayed info to desk, at which point I became invisible deserving of silence and being ignored as if I weren't there.

The back door key lock is broke Homeless camp close by Really unsafe feeling if traveling alone . Carpet in the hallway is very dirty

Check in process took a long time. When I got my room , it was dirty and I had to go back and then wait for a different room. The room was very dirty.The floors were not clean, nor were he counter tops in the bathroom or main room. I saw 3 different moving bugs during my evening. There were issues with my television that took quite a while to resolve. I know it is under new ownership.However it was still a long process with a filthy room although the staff tried to be helpful and accommodating.
