Had a late night check-in and the front desk was very helpful. They are remodeling/updating the hotel, but it wasn’t outrageous or an inconvenience. Perfect for stop in roadtrip and the breakfast was really nice with full hot breakfast options.

Lovely room. Wonderful breakfast. Noisy window a/c is a big negative. There is central a/c in the hallways and lobby. Why not in the rooms?

The hotel is remodeling itself so there are mattresses, boxes, etc, lying on the hallway. In my view, the hotel should be closed temporally and focuses on completing the project quickly.

It was comfortable. They are doing renovations, so the entire hotel was not in order. Customer service was great.

The staff was terrific! Despite being next to a busy road, it was quiet inside. That's the good stuff.
The bed was horrible on my wife's side. Tolerable on mine. She got up about 2 AM and slept in the chair the rest of the night.
Breakfast was.... meh. I've never met a frozen omlette before. Yes, they were warmed up, but... frozen omlettes?
Well, they were tolerable, and they were food. Not horrible, but... tolerable.

Hotel under construction. Was not aware when I booked. Free breakfast was crowded and poor quality. Room was good. Bad area, lots of homeless people around. Not a safe area.

Park at your own risk…. Homeless everywhere. My truck had its rear window broken and our luggage was stolen. Reported to front desk and hardly a concern, he had the police department phone # memorized. Stay away

The staff was efficient and friendly. The continental breakfast was actually much better than anticipated with more options than other places we’ve stayed in this price range. Would definitely stay again.

It was just ok. Not great, but ok. I am a Hilton honors member and frequently stay at Hampton Inns. This one was just ok. The bed was definitely in need of being replaced as were the pillows. This location lists it is pet friendly but then charges $75 extra for your pet which personally is the most I have ever paid for my little 9 yr old shi zhu to stay with us. I could see a higher rate if you incur damage, but this is ridiculous. Will not be staying there again, and would not recommend for any pet owners.

The hotel is not in the best location, not the safest spot. Very busy highways close by as well. The room seemed run down a bit, our room had a sour a/c smell and did not feel clean. The upside, the bed was comfy and it was quiet. The breakfast...meh
