We liked the pool, it was a salt water pool and very comfortable. The place we stayed in before AmericInn had chlorine so strong it burned the eyes. Traveling with grandkids a good pool is a must. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good stay.

Super close to the airport with a transport service. We didn’t use transport but did park our rental for free (another hotel charged us for parking). The free breakfast is 10 stars if you think about it being free- bagels, biscuits, bread, waffle maker, potatoes, eggs, sausage, cereal, oranges, muffins and sweets, and coffee and juice! Everything smelled so clean- even as you walked into the building. A neutral clean soap smell. Elevators are old and classic but worked great. Laundry on every floor. The room is immaculate- decor outdated but who cares? Shower so hot I had to keep turning it down to avoid a burn! Pool and TWO hot tubs were great - inside, clean, quiet. TV channels available great for winding down. The biggest thing for me is clean and simple while traveling- this meets clean and simple above and beyond.

Room was comfortable. Pillows were amazing and I slept like a baby. Shuttle service back and forth from hotel to airport. Definitely would be willing to stay again.

Thin walls, hard beds, flat pillows, and not enough parking. People were parking along the curb everywhere and still didn’t have enough. Clerk said it’s ok to park next door but every lot says customers only and subject to tow.

Shower fixture were not to building standard, shower head was crooked and tub spout. TV remote was not working even with batteries being changed. Hotel coffee was the worst i ever had. Breakfast could be better. All in room 306

Everything was great except the shower curtain rod was broken so we couldn’t shower

The hotel was mediocre to say the least. The parking lot was not shoveled, I had to park several blocks away during a snow storm. The door to the room had a 1/4” gap around it allowing for all the hallway light to pour in. The fixtures, bathrooms, furniture, were all very outdated.

Very nice for what I needed. My flight was delayed 2 hours. I called to let them know I would be checking in really late. Like 1:30am. They were very nice and accommodating my needs. They offered to send a shuttle at 1:30 if I needed it.

Nice, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint was the extremely squeaky floors. All around the entry door and sink, no matter where we stepped it was very loud and a bit concerning.

This hotel is very clean and the beds comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The decor is somewhat outdated but that didnt matter as everything was in good condition and clean. Restaurants and convienience store with in walking distance and free airport shuttle.

The front desk reserved us a shuttle for 4:30. We arrived at the front desk 10 min early and they say the shuttle has already left. They then did nothing to try and help us or fix the situation. The single reason I chose to stay here was the airport shuttle.

We had an early morning flight and live a couple of hours from DIA. We wanted to stay at a hotel the night prior (close to DIA). This property definitely fit the category of what we were wanting such as inexpensive, clean, parking and close to DIA. Great place to stay when catching an early morning flight

There was nothing special about our room. When we got ready to go to bed, I pulled back the covers and the first thing I saw was a hair, and then I saw a brown spot on the sheet which convinced me that the maids had not changed the sheets. The mattress was hard and the pillows were big, bulky lumpy things.

For my husband and I, this hotel is the one we prefer in the Denver airport area. The price is very reasonable. The rooms are clean and confortable. The staff is very attentive and the shuttlles run every half hour. The breakfast is included and for diner you have the Tower bar and grill next door.

If traveling, the hotel has very good location, good staff and very punctual shuttle. But the hotel needs renovation. The rugs was a little dusty.
