This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel and we enjoyed very much. This time I had reserved a room with king size bed on the first floor. Unfortunately when we checked in just before 4 pm, the receptionist told us they don’t have any room left on the first floor. After telling them the we are both seniors and we like to have a room close by without walking far. They finally gave us a room on the first floor and told us we have have to wait for the room for about an hour for cleaning. When we entered the room it has double bed rather than the king size bed that we have reserved. We were kind of disappointed on these.

We stayed overnight after a long day. The hotel interior was very nice. The workers are very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nice room bed and bathroom plus breakfast in a great location with safe parking. Would be 5 stars but No Luggage Cart available at check in, a major inconvenience for us. Quiet and they gave us a late checkout

the gentleman at the front desk his name was Dominique, greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and courteous. best customer service I've ever had from somebody at a hotel thank you Dominique for great service
