The staff was friendly and efficient at check in and check out. The hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable and perfect after a long day of traveling. We were missing some linens for the pullout couch and the staff quickly brought what was needed to our room. Good breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice and comfortable and breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Staff are nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was their key card system.

Had some ants. Blow dryer attachment doesnt fit. Fire alarm...missing battery. Carpet sticky in some places..

Overall stay was nice however I do suggest checking and cleaning the windows if possible. Our windows has a few lips stain on it.

Noticed that the furniture had a lot of finger prints and the room was not dusted very well. TV wasn’t working well.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very freindly. The pool ans spa can use a little updating.

This hotel was extremely convenient and well-maintained for our sports team. The rooms were comfortable and clean with nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast worked perfectly for us to all get a meal before starting our busy days

Five minutes after getting into our room, it was assigned to another patron and he tried to enter our room with an issue key card, which opened our door. Luckily, we had the door latch secured. Went downstairs and other guy assigned different room and new room keys issued to me. Next day our room key no longer worked, had to walk around building late at night because of it. Had to wait for two other patrons to check in and was issued new keys. Unfortunately, bad experience with front desk procedures, however, each staff member was apologetic and polite. Also Shower door in our room was damaged and did not work properly, rest of room was working fine. Second time staying at this location, first visit months ago was great, this one had less than expected experience.

The breakfast is amazing! A little bummed that the hot tub was broken. But overall, great value!

Seem to have pest problem, rooms not thoroughly cleaned beddings were wrinkled looking as if they just came out the dryer straight onto the bed or something. I moved from my first room plumbing issue in the shower then they moved me room across no toilet seat cover then I was moved third time and at that point I was like yes this is my first and last time staying at this location. Need major attention!

The room in general was clean but the shower stall corners all have mildew pink to black on the caulk and edges . Give the room cleaners proper tools and bleach to clean those areas.

My father is disabled and the staff made sure to cater to our every need.

Pros: beds were comfortable. Room was dark & quiet. Breakfast was convenient. Only hotel that had a last minute room for a family of six. Cons: not very clean…especially bathroom (dirt & hair in all the corners). AC didn’t work well. No bedding for pull out bed. TV signal was poor & didn’t have many channels.

They didn’t have towels and check in was extremely long.

Good check in, nice staff. Very nice room. Spacious and comfy. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast. Central to everything. Problems: the shower did not drain well, the shower curtain smelled of mildew, and the spa/hot tub was not hot.
