It wasn't a bad stay. I do recommend either putting dishes in the rooms or renting them out. Also there was only soap. Maybe some shampoo, conditioner and lotion will be epic. It was very quiet and off the beaten path which was nice.

I was worried because i read the reviews but there were no bugs in my room other than a moth that i probably let in after work. Quiet place, location is pretty good. Staff is nice. I even extended my stay more nights and would stay here again.

I wanted a hotel close to the Phoenix airport and based on other reviews, I thought this would be perfect. We only needed to spend the night and leave very early. Yes, it is close to the airport. However, our non-smoking room smelled smoky and cause me to have difficulty breathing. When I reported this to the front desk, the agent asked if I wanted to check out, because they were full and could do nothing else. The sheets had dried stains (and should be donated to an animal shelter). The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean (floor needed to be swept or vacuumed). Clumps of hair were stuck to the towels. AND, it was *extremely* noisy. Who knew the LMMC (Loud Music Motorcycle Club) would drive through the parking lot until 2 a.m. ? Kids cried, people yelled; we heard it all. We finally slept on the plane.

Upon checking, they actually checked me into a room.That was occupied so I ended up walking in on someone elsextracurricular activities let's just say. Then they realized that they booked me for the wrong day.Put me in the wrong room so I have to go through the lovely process of contacting hotels.com to change the dates.And moving my luggage from one room to another and all of this took about three hours to get checked in.

There were bugs in my bed on sheets and pillows. Left hotel and got a refund for the remaining days of my stay. Will never stay here again. This is a dump for real!

Terrible experience, probably the worst hotel/motel experience I’ve had. We got the room as soon as the front desk said it had been cleaned. In the room there were dead cockroaches in the drawers, food still smeared in the microwave, the toilet and shower were stained and had obviously not been cleaned, and the kitchen sink was disgusting. I really wish I would’ve just stayed somewhere else. Only positive is that the room was dirt cheap - I now see why.

Run down interior of the room. Old chairs and table as well as the bathroom. Roaches running around wen u turn lights on. Dresser old and piling. A/C old n buttoms didnt really work

One of the worst motel stay I experienced, live and dead roaches throughout the room along with mold in the drawers. Checked in late so front desk receptionist wasn't very helpful.

Absolutely the worst. The air-conditioning was broken, cigarette burns on what furniture there was, frayed electrical cords, toilet ran constantly, pillows smelled, caulking in bathroom fixed w a wad of toilet paper, and I wouldnt put road kill in the refrigerator. At least there were no visible bugs, unlike in the neighboring units. The pictures cannot convey the reality. RUN!!!

Somewhat quiet except for Friday and Saturday evenings sort of get high priced for the rooms and tons of out of towners from places like Chicago and California that seem to hang around the parking lots at night to do very un foreseen things that really dont seem to be to pleasant but over all the staff is amazing and the rooms are pretty decent for the money . We love the kitchenette and the showers are my fav. I would recommend other guests to stay at studio 6 just be on the look out for those weekend high room prices they will hit your pocket book pretty bad so be prepared for that when staying here . I give a rating of 4 stars .

Not sure about the area. Seemed mixed and there were some sketchy people around. The woman at checkin was very nice however there was nobody in the office to checkout the next morning even during open hours. The room was just ok. It smelled of stale cigarettes even though the rooms are nonsmoking. The shower tile had old mildew stains. The bed was ok. Only two small pillows. I know Phoenix area is a bit expensive but this place was still priced too high for what you get. Just wasn’t comfortable and won’t do it again.

A one-bed room was $160 a night and it was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When I checked in, the clerk working at the front desk told me I owed a $50 deposit on top of the $150 I was charge that morning, so when I asked for clarification she couldn’t provide an answer and decided to charge me for the whole weekend and deposit up front (forgivable). That, coupled with the filth and cost of the rooms was not worth it. I would have expected more from a room half the price.

Walked around the room to put things in its place finding roaches and feces of roaches in every corner. The pillow cases dirty. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close The door to the room was broken. They recently fixed it plaster and paint on the floor.

Honestly, the owners of this property could care less for its condition. The tile shower wall under the shower head was cracked and damaged and the shower head spewed water out of the back so that it ran down the cracked wall behind. I can’t image the amount of water damage occurring. Don't take your family here you'll not feel safe.

The room was ok. It had a smell, the floor was sticky and the drawer fronts fell off onto the floor when touched. I wouldnt stay here again.

Large room with fridge and kitchen space. Stains on comforter and towels. Bedside lamps poorly held in place by packaging tape. After hours (11pm) concierge was friendly and quick to respond to late check in and lost key issue- although having to wait outside for the office to open was unusual. Recommended only if the price is an incredible deal.

Our ac unit didnt work at all. Went to front desk and we were told they would check on it. But still didnt work. Was told we could get refund but we would have to check out.

I understand budget motels so i did not have too high of expectations but i would not recommend staying here. First, they wanted to charge $20 for 1 hr early check-in. Then they said the "free internet" was not very good, but for more money i could have a code for better internet.
Then in the room the toilet leaked and flushed about every 10 minutes. Finally the bed was pretty hard and not comfortable.

Trash outside my room, dirty towels and cockroaches. Sad that motel 6 has become a dump. The chain could do better and bring more business travelers if it stepped up their game. Sorry but no more for me.

Seriously dangerous ares if town and tv basically needed to be replaced, super 8 usually has coffee pots in rooms, actual blankets, and hair dryers. It is still clear that it had the motel 6 style of updating from their designs made in late 2018ish.

This facility sucks. The room door doesn't seal, the heater blows cold air and the staff indicated they didn't have spare blankets, and there is only soap in the bathroom ... no shampoo! At the price they charge, this motel is not a value at all.

Got locked out of the room, tried to contact the front office by phone and number provided. NO ANSWER! NO SERVICE FOR HOURS. LOCKED OUT WITH BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS.

It is over-priced during the week, with no hair dryers, mis-matched coffee pot sizes to coffee packets, gang members/stalkers/dealers posted as homeless, a couple with cardboard signs followed us to hotel street turn from freeway exit on foot too. It is not safe area for walking around even for a single male, even though there is a mall on the other side of the freeway. No orbit free buses come withing 1.5 miles. Stalker appeared to be standing just at sidewalk area watching our hotel bldg too. Very scary.

Close to dining, mall, downtown, bus line. Room needs more cleaning under the bed, under the a/c unit, top of refrigerator, coffee maker (did not even use it). Less shower pressure because water is leaking from the bath tub faucet. They don't come and clean the room everyday. I was there for 8 nights. Nicole at front desk was very nice.

Look for cut corners here. Unworthy pillow and bed coverings. Dirty floor. Workers who arrive late to open office. But if you need a budget stay conveniently located you could do worse.

The hotel was good, nice room no problems with the hotel service. Checking in was a nightmare though because i had to contact hotels.com so i wasted an hour sitting in the parking trying to get it taken care of

The staff is very rude and there are bugs and when your not about to receive a refund this is a huge problem I would not recognize this place they don’t try to make you feel comfortable and when I did reach out for help and called the office I got yelled at due to the fact that the lady on the phone said that she was busy and I wasn’t talking fast enough for her so she put me on hold for over 10 minutes with no response so I had to walk up to the office. I do not recommend but go at your own risk!!
