great staff and customer service

For 2 people only 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel. The corridor needs some updating. The heat when we turned on smelled like someone urinated in it.

Room had two problems and homeless and susispicous people in lot. Not clean, broken stuff,

I absolutely loved my housekeeper Alexandra and front desk clerks.

Was fine, called upaskedabout a weekly stay, said it wss 499 plus tax, but gotta speK to manager to confirm, i did got a diffrent price so i left! Slept fine, requested a king on ap, got a double instead, I prefer the King I requested! Not a bad hotel for a few nights, they are remodelig, so dusty in some parts of the giant hotel! Would I stay here again sure in a piinch, why not?

This place is disgusting. Only stayed cause it was 34.00 after my credit but i wouldnt stay here again if it was free. Check in states 3pm. Got there at 345 the rude lady at the desk said its nots til 4pm and room wouldnt be ready until 430. The bed was disgusting and the bathroom was even worse. If you stay here bring your own linen, towels, and water shoes to wear in shower.

Let me start by saying, I called to make sure my reservation was in fact put in because I booked through a third party site at the beginning of the week where the woman on the other end was great. When I called today to ask about early check in, I was told that this location does not offer that and I would have to wait - okay no problem. I was originally told on the first phone call that check in was at 3pm, when I arrived today at 3:30pm I was told that check in is at 4pm and that the manager does not allow any one to be checked in before 4pm. Online ALSO states check in is at 3pm... so now I was upset. I finally get to check in, girl upfront barely made eye contact and barely told me what she was doing when checking me in. There was a couple that came up behind me who I assume just checked in, stopped what she was doing to help me and talk over me to them. Now I'm annoyed. There is no elevator so if you are handicapped and they give you a second floor room, you're SOL. I FINALLY got to my room and walked into a sauna. The heat was turned all the way up and it was completely disgusting. I then checked out the bathroom - there is hair and whatever else in the tub. The sink was completely gross with hair and flem. For $230 I am COMPLETELY disgusted.

The rooms were smelly and sticky. Sheets were clean however.

Clean, affordable room in an expensive town. My only concern was the sliding window didn’t lock? Only held by a bar on the side. Other than that, very friendly staff and quiet motel. 4/5 stars. Thank you.

The doors slam so hard all day and night. Whether it's fellow guests from other rooms or the side entrance doors. Loud guests kept me up all night entering and leaving room. Staff was also very loud screaming at each other in the halls

We paid for a nonsmoking room but the room was definitely smoked in a lot.

From check in to checking out rude staff. It is unsafe, dirty, noisy, and a rip off for the price.

Motel 6 should be ashamed to have Aries as the face of their new port location. I have never experienced such horrible and discriminatory customer service. I had reserved a room about a month ago and paid for the room at 12 today, the women was rude but it was fine. My boyfriend, who speaks poor English, and I came in came back at 4 to check in and they refused to reserve us a room for no reason. Aries asked me what I did to not allow them to give me a room. I said I’m not sure what happened and she said I am not honest but i can have the room because I paid then told me to grab my things and go to my room. Aries refused to tell me the reason for me not being able to reserve a room. Needles to say my we left.

Property need s a little help

Beds are comfortable. Slept well. Safe surroundings

No hot water in shower till they came to fix and never had any hot water in sink at all. No wash cloth. Should have king size bed and didn't. Very dissatisfied.

We checked in went straight to room smell was terrible went to desk girl said no other rooms and suggested frebreeze to spray we booked another hotel and left. Girl at desk said no refund wouldn’t give any managers name or corporate contacts stated she only works here. Never ever suggest this place. Expedia never should offer this place

The carpeted hallway in front of our door was dirty, across from utility room which was very unkept and dirty and its door always open.

It was truely not what we expected .The service desk person was very nice .Room was clean the tub not so much .The doors were locked and we couldn’t use our pass key to get in had to go in by the lobby also there was no microwave

Noise travel from pass through door in room could use better sound proofing on it.

The doors from the outside do not lock so anyone can enter the hotel.

The floors could have been cleaner, the towels were grey and dingy, bed pillows flat as pancakes. Too bad because the rooms are nice just need to be better kept. Our room was no smoking and it smelled ok, but the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Gross. You could hear everything in the rooms around you and the outside noise. Too bad this could be a much nicer place.

Not a terrible stay for a Motel 6. The bathroom ceiling was gross though and dripping water. Bed was fine, great tv channels and AC was amazing! Staff was very nice.

We had to have staff come to the room and clean the bathroom. The room had a damp odor and the floor wooden floor was sticky. My husband put down a wet towel to clean it and it came away with a black residue. This was not what we expected for the price we paid.

Room smelled like cigarettes. There was a dog in another room whining because more than likely by itself. No remote. Mold on the AC/Heater. Exterior doors don’t close properly making it a unsecured building Asked the woman at the desk if she could change our room and she wouldn’t do it and they had other rooms available. Because I asked her when I first got there if there was more rooms available and she said yes. This was all within the first 15 minutes of us entering the room. We asked for money back and she wouldn’t do it. Her manager also told her don’t change arm room.(SUPPOSEDLY) No managers on site at the time or maintenance personnel Extremely disappointed!!!!

Awful

Not well maintained. To many employees and friends hanging out in the lobby.

Toilets did not work, floor was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned. The smell of cigarette smoke was so overpowering that we felt sick to our stomachs we spent. An hour in the room and ended up leaving and driving home for the night because it was that unclean, loud and facilities didn’t work properly.

Where to begin? 2 domestic violence episodes, screaming coming from rooms on two different nights. Sunday morning woke up to a car parked by the front door for hours blasting music. Beer cans and smoke butts around the premises.
