I checked in at 2 am and was not told the hot water was out. I found out through other customer the hot water had been out the night before and still had not been fixed I stayed until about 1pm hoping they would get it fixed and still the issue was not fixed so o checked out and moved hotels.

All staff were polite and helpful. Room was super clean. Great stay. Easy access to groton navy base.

Always good until we woke up and had no hot water. The entire hotel was out of hot water and no heat in the lobby. The best they could do is offer us a 25% discount

Our stay was mostly very good. The people working there were very friendly. The room was clean. Our 2 complaints are the shower should be a walk in, not a tub with a shower. Also the bed was a spring bed and very uncomfortable.

Check in was easy. Lots of families with young children so hallways were loud. Room was very clean, bed was uncomfortable and even extra pillows did not help. Was a good place to stay just not the best.

We were in room 400 and the bathroom fan and hairdryer were sooooo loud. The room was comfortable. The ice machine is not working on the 4th floor so you have to go to the first floor . The coffee in the lobby was cold. These are nit picking things. The hotel is next to a nice Walmart. Lots of shopping in the area and restaurants.

I used to always come to hiltons and was very happy with the free breakfast option, I was so excited to get out of bed then come down to eat breakfast, but then I found out by surprise I had to pay after. Going forward I am going to stay at other hotels that offer free breakfast

This hotel has all the Hilton amenities and is close to both Mystic and Mohegan Sun which is what we wanted. Very comfortable stay

The hotel was very nice as for looks but there was no ice in the hotel not even the restaurant. When we had breakfast at the restaurant the was no hot water or coffee. The coffee was brought in from a sister hotel..Hope they get their act together

I held my reservation with my card but wanted to use another form of payment,my initial card was charged. It was fixed immediately and got an apology for not checking to see if my other form of payment was correct.

I was asked for my credit card at Check in. Later in the day I received a notification from my credit card that I was charged $382 for hotel. I had pre-paid this stay. The lady at front desk could reverse charges because she said she was a trainee. Ask me to what till 11:00 pm. for an experienced personnel. I returned to the front desk at 11:20 pm and was informed the employee hadn’t shown up yet for work. The employee was apologetic and told me to return in the morning. Very bad customer service and representation of this Hotel.

Very clean and safe which is iimportant to me. Pricing was reasonable. Decent staff. Convenient dining option. The pool was ok but no wow factor. The hotel overall could stand to be updated.

Asked for next day housekeeping and there was none. Came back to dirty room with no fresh towels or bed made and waste baskets full. Bathroom drain plug broken.

The in-room refrigerator was broken. The staff was amazing and had it removed and replaced within 10 minutes of my call. The bed however was awful. Our feet were higher than our heads and my husband and I both felt like we were being stabbed all night. We could barely move by the next morning. For that much money, I expect a decent night’s sleep, or at least SOME sleep. I will NOT be returning.
