This is one of the greatest Hotel I've stayed at in a while, its was very clean and the staff was excellent, fantastic stay, neighborhood needs some work though.

The stay was excellent overall. My only comment is that I could hear the person in the room above me very loudly walking around, and for a couple hours during the early morning each day, and any time the water ran or toilet flushed it was louder than if in my own room. Might just be that particular room as colleagues didn’t share that experience.

We stayed for 3 nights to explore Seattle. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city on foot. The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Drove over to attend a concert, the hotel was walking distance to Climate Pledge. Hotel was super cute. Little but cute! Off site parking was a little odd but it’s what you get in downtown Seattle. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. It’s perfect for a concert getaway.

Our room (503) was directly below the roof terrace. Unfortunately, we could hear people walking and moving furniture at all times of the day and night. The cleaning staff woke us up around 6:30, rearranging furnature.

LOVED this hotel - staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations and were more than willing to hold our luggage when we arrived. I saw previous comments about the homelessness issue surrounding the hotel, but the hotel itself is very secure and they make sure to have security out at night. The room was small but comfortable, would definitely stay here again!

It was beautiful, great location, great free coffee and room. The only thing would be that I wished they were more up front about the 100 dollar hold on your CC for incidentals.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Snacks and coffee/tea included in room. Hotel has a rooftop that you can hang out in as well. Walking distance to lots of things to do, which was very convenient.

Super nice workers, close to pike place and all the other attractions, great service. It was only 15 seconds away from the bus stop! I was very grateful that they kept our stuff before/after check-in/out since we didn’t have a car.

Hotel was nice, especially for the price. Staff were friendly and room clean and tidy (though it had a slightly funky smell when I arrived so I had to open the window to air out.
Be aware of the area this hotel is in if you are from out of town. Belltown is fairly safe during the day but it is another world at night. It is like night of the living dead outside after dark. This is not in a neighborhood where you will be taking an evening stroll. Too many homeless and addicts for that. I knew what i was getting into but a visitor to Seattle may be unaware of this issue.

Great retro-style hotel, in the heart of Seattle! Loved the rooftop patio. We were there for a Canucks/Kraken game and it was an easy walk to the arena.

Can't beat the location, price and super courteous and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable, the morning coffee in the lobby was exceptional and the rooftop overlook was a special bonus. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the waterfront area of Seattle!

Located across from the Regrade Park dog park and on the pedestrian-friendly Bell Street, making it super easy to walk to downtown, Belltown, and beyond! Incredibly friendly staff greeted us as we entered and were very helpful in getting us checked in. The courtyard-facing interior room was very quiet and comfortable, though on the smaller side (two people and two suitcases are a little tight.) The surrounding area has definitely run down over the years, but it felt very safe as we walked around at night to find dinner and go to the Crocodile for a show.

It was great! They were able to offer a quiet room with more than I expected. The room had a microwave, kitchen sink and free coffee in the morning. It was conveniently located and I was able to get easy on street parking for free at night. The bed was comfortable.

I had stayed here before and was happy to return when I needed a place to stay for a quick overnight. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room had everything you need. Since I arrived late, I especially appreciated the bag of cheez-its.

The staff was Phenomenal so much info on the city they made me feel welcomed i was traveling with a 7yr old and i felt letting her stay in room to go to store which was next door or to get breakfast from next door i love this hotel and all the staff thank you for the stay

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed for one night and the hotel made everything really easy and comfortable for us. We will stay again for sure. The area around the hotel is a little bit sketchy but the hotel takes safety measures like locked the front doors at 10pm every night.

The king room was cramped to walk around the bed or move the desk chair. Really didn't have much space open luggage. The bed was comfy, clean and housekeeping available. Coffee in lobby and tables to hang out at. Staff was great. Close options for food. Dog park across the street.
I was asked for money multiple times, then someone opened my car door when I was in it, in the middle of the day in lot and tried to sit! Not the hotels fault, a sign of the times.
