The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and a good size.The complementary breakfast was very good.My only complaint was the shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty and the automated blinds did not work.

We were in town for a concert at the Thousand Oaks Civic Center.

I stayed here before once by myself and this time I brought my husband. We went to visit my daughter who goes to nearby University. The hotel was nice and the room was nice. Unfortunately, when we were there, it was torrential downpour and they didn’t have any umbrellas for use in the lobby. Also, the only other negative thing would be there is no water to make coffee in the room, even though they provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and comfortable. They provide breakfast, but we just didn’t get a chance to take part in it, however, we did take the travel to go breakfast, which was great for travel trip home.

The staff was great and helped get me checked it quickly. The security latch on the door was barely held on by three very loose screws. The fridge light was on but it was warmer than the room temperature. They had outlets to plug in phone on the nightstand but only on one side. While getting into bed I found a used blue ear foamy by the baseboard, didn’t touch it.

Tissue not restocked and sink blocked but staff remedied it quickly. Nice staff. Visiting family in the area so it was convenient.

Walking distance to food and shopping. Breakfast was plentiful though the omelets were overcooked. Overall a nice place to stay.

The smell and trash surrounding the parking and entrance was smelly and tacky. There were also smells in the rooms and down the hallways smelled like old urine.

A bit hard to find. It’s behind WalMart on Ventu Park road. It needs a sign to direct you to front of hotel. All else great.

This is a friendly hotel. Staff is great, breakfast is great, the round the clock coffee at no charge is incredible . Upscale area with very competitive rates . Loved it

When making the reservation I didn’t notice the note of cost to self parking. This should have been noted when checking in. It was only $10 but a surprise that made me comment that “we won’t stay here again”. In actuality we will probably stay here again but when deciding on where to stay this will be a factor.

I tried to modify my reservation and reduce my stay to one night instead of two. The front desk and management claimed that they could not do that. They said it had to come from Expedia. When I tried to check out after my first night they did not give me paper work to check out and said I would be charged for the second night regardless if I stayed there or not. Unforeseen circumstances forced me to have to leave after my first night and it would have been nice if they didn’t point the finger at Expedia.
