Easy access to freeway

Such a great room for the Price the staff was super great only complaint was that the tub was dirty, and that there was a very obvious mark on the chase in the room.

I am a 30 year Priority Member with Holiday Inn and one of the reasons is there late check out for priority members. I checked out of a great hotel to spend my last night in Holiday Inn for the late check out. I called and was told my room was ready.. However, it was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with a sick toddler for at least 30 mins. Then, the next day they told me I had to be out at 11 am, even though I explained we had been up all night with a sick baby. It made a great hardship on me. Additionally, we had no linens for the sleeper sofa and there was food and childrens crayons, etc all over the sleeper sofa when we pulled it out. I will NOT stay at this Holiday Inn again in Lynnwood, WA, and I would like my money refunded for this terrible stay.

Liked the pool and gym, sad no whirlpool-hot tub.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean, convenient. We will certainly stay there again.

The hotel asked for $50.00 deposit. I don’t know why. They do refund it back to your account. There was no complimentary bottled water.

The lady that helped us check in was very friendly. I wanted to book a second room and she suggested I do it online. I tried to do so with my hotels.com account twice, and it wouldn’t work either time. She matched the price for me.

The motel was not in great condition. Building needs updates.

This property is very comfortable and safe. Unfortunately our last visit we experienced a rude front desk person.

Proximity to Seattle, shopping/restaurants nearby, quiet location, extremely clean

Booking and check in was fast and earlier than scheduled. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room itself was great and spacious. I usually need an extra pillow to sleep but there was none extra in the room which is usually available in most hotels, but I am sure if I had asked for one I would have had it. Bed was in the softer side to our preference but as we were super tired, we didn't feel it too much. Breakfast was really good.

The person checking us in never smiled and was not very pleasant. The breakfast was not very good, the eggs and oatmeal were both very watery. The apples and oranges looked like they were left over from last year, dried out. Only ate the prepackaged item to be safe. The room was very nice and clean.

I like the complementary coffee and water in the lobby! And they have the pool and even a mini gym:)

Thanks to Hotels.com for giving me a reward night. Hotel's.com is very responsible and reliable company. Also this time I stayed 1 night at Holiday Inn Express &suite, Lynnwood. It was so comfortable and clean room. Especially the breakfast was good!

Modern, clean, comfortable, great location. Pool was perfect temp. Only negative was at early checkout (530 am) no key drop at front desk, and couldnt find an employee.

Remote for tv did not work, toilet was plugged and we could not get support, or change rooms. We were informed repeatedly that someone would be on their way….two hours later and still nothing. We asked a plunger and we’re finally granted that request…fixed it. Tub did not drain, and Shower sprayed water outside of top of shower curtain…couldn’t be fixed and floor was very slippery. Layered towels on floor for safety. Continental breakfast was told started at 0630…it didn’t start until later so we were not able to capitalize on one of the reasons for staying, very disappointed as we were counting on paying for one less meal during our stay. Maid service was good but left us a pillow short? Staff was friendly and apologetic, location was good, parking was good.

Every thing was great. Very clean. I would add please put a ice maker down stairs and the sausage patty for breakfast was horrible, the rest of the food was outstanding. Loved the pancake maker! Quiet but people leaving in the morning were having full conversions outside in hall way. Not the hotels fault, just people have some compassion for people still sleeping!

Service checking in was good. Classic 3 star travelling hotel with a decent breakfast. Room a little beat up but clean enough.
