very clean and very friendly staff

the bath tub leaked water out of the bathroom in to the room and we slipped on the water

breakfast: Hot choices, variety of foods.

a waffle maker would have been nice.

The elevator felt sluggish and tired.

Great breakfast , buffet style , had cookies on the lobby , te and coffee

Pool is cold , and hot tub is in the pictures but actually is not available anymore .

Breakfast was good. Room was clean with exception of room 203 carpet needs cleaning. I could smell carpet when entering room. It was on occasion. Pool area was nice. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to freeways. I enjoyed my stay. I asked a housekeeper and then the front desk staff to clean up a broken bottle in the parking spot next to my vehicle and neither did it. Overall it is likely that I will stay here again because it is central to my Seattle family.

As I said carpet smell indicating a need for deep cleaning of carpet..And no response to request for broken bottle to be cleaned up from parking space.
