Hotel Riu Plaza Guadalajara provided a great stay for my wife and I during our visit. The breakfast buffet was standard, nothing out of this world and a bit pricey.

Room was full hair and toilet had pee around. Spoke to the house peeking lady mentioned to her and she said she was going to take care and when I came back from dinner the room was exactly the same way. Saturday night I got cold and opened the blanque that was provided upon arrival and it was used and dirty and full of hair. I brought up to housekeeping and told them if they can please remove it from the room and they just put on to of the computer desk in the room. Second time that I stayed and it was the same issue twice

It was a one night start for an event. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel. The event was as soon as I got there and the check in and out was fast and without any hassles. The room was great.

Overall great hotel, First night I was scammed by the front desk man and one of the employee who walks around in the lobby 31 December 12 in night, he ask me I need to register a guest who came for 30 mints to say hello, I need to pay 1200 pesso and has to be cash only at front desk and they didn't give me any invoice or anything. I talk to the front desk next day they did nothing about it. Its a big chain company and it shouldn't happen to someone who staying for 12 days. Thank you to the room cleaning ladies they did a great job.

The bed was terrible. It was too hard and uncomfortable. The ironing board flimsy and broken. We asked to change rooms and the bed was the same and no blanket besides sheets to cover with

The room was nice. My plan came with a complimentary mini bar. The elevator was very slow so I had to wait for a while. Internet log-in system is strange. I wish it was much simpler.

Great place to stay. It’s central and each night has a fun event in the bar area. Service is beyond amazing!

I always love staying at the Riu, one of the best Hotels in Guadalajara

It was an amazing stay! breakfast was delicious, staff were super friendly and accomedating, the senior suite had a beautiful view, the room was super clean. The only little negative were the elevators, we had to wait for ever to reach us at the 30th floor and they were full most of the time. other than that everything was perfect. Cant wait for my next stay here.

Was a bit dissapointed that the pool qas closed. Overall beautiful hotel.

The property is the most convenient for visiting our loved ones in Guadalajara. However, all the five days we stayed in December, there was loud, banging noise due to construction on the 40th floor. It would normally not bother us, except we became ill during the trip. Trying to rest / nap during the day was impossible. The hotel should alert guests when construction is planned and give them an option to book lodging elsewhere. When we called the front desk to share our feedback, we were told the manager would call us. That never happened. Riu leadership should do better.

Great experience. Friendly Staff, new hotel, great locatio, awesome taxi service. Good size room, fair bed comfort, pillows and quiet rooms. I appreciate the pressure water in the shower, the hot water, the hand shower and the over head shower. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Our stay was amazing, staff is really nice & the hotel is really clean. The coffee shop has amazing coffee & desserts. We asked for extra towels & the staff was really nice & quick about it. Check in was fast & easy. They park & bring your car out for you every time you need it, which was very convenient. Over all an amazing few days here.
