location was very good for me, but a a short baht bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The bus route is only a few metres away. The hotel has a great restaurant and the staff are very friendly. One down point, there was no kettle, or microwave in the room. This is unusual as most hotels have a kettle. Other than that my stay was great!

Great food at restaurant and very fair prices. Staff is super friendly, always ready to help. Room are little used, but clean. Wi-fi sometimes is not working but only for a while. Close to main road with 10baht bus, so you can easily go to Jomtien, or beach rd. It is a great place to stay:)

What you can't miss at this place is the Thai Food at lobby restaurant. The food is super amazing. Very authentic taste and very very very cheap!!!! I had it once two years ago and came back yesterday. Never disappointed!! Unlike many hotels in the same tiers, A/C here works very well which is very comfortable during the sleep. The location may not be at the downtown pattaya but it's good enough to travel everywhere with motorcycle or GRAB taxi or with your own car. The room is getting a bit older than the first time we came last two years but still in a very good condition.

You will find laundry store, hotel provides service in motor bike rental, tuk tuk service, and a restaurant. Love it.

The apartment was very clean. The staff is very friendly, but they don;t speak very well English. The town can be accessed from the main road,it is not so far from hotel,1 minute walking. There you can stop buses to go in the town(walking street and pattaya beach). They offer extra cost services but the prices are right. Don't expect some view. It is a good place to stay for a good price.

Extremely friendly staff in a nice quiet area, about 1km from Walking Street.
Clean, large room with a comfortable bed. Large balkony. Breakfast served personally from a fixed menu.
Transport service, but driver had the day off when we visited.

Enjoyed my stay,reception staff very helpful and informative,breakfast staff were good but a lack of english made ordering a little difficult,the hotel was great value,clean,spacious and a good,easy location by songtheaw into Pattaya or Jomtien Beach.when i return to Thailand will book again,and highly recommend to others.

Stayed here for 7 days in December, everything great and not bad value for money. All staff excellent. The only thing I could fault it on is the constant slamming of doors late at night, early morning, evening etc dont know if its the buildings acoustics or through drafts? But it's a real pain!

Great staff, Ji at front desk was very good at taking care of customer needs. Internet, room service, tv selection, maid service, cafe/bar in the lobby were all very good. Fairly quiet and good location between Jomtien and Pattaya. You won't regret your stay here!

Clean and big rooms with a great balcony. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is not far from walking street. I definitely recommend this hotel.
