Wonderful place to stay!!! Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I got stuck in the elevator. The front desk thought it was funny when I called to let them know, laughing and saying 'someone's on the way with a key, but usually they can just push it open' when they opened it up I told them what the front desk said and asked if this happens often and the lady said it never happens. Other than that the hotel was nice.

It’s so handy having a bistro/bar in the lobby- we were travelling with our toddler and it’s so much easier than worrying about where to eat after a long drive! Charlene at the bar was especially wonderful!

Good stay but when we checked in was told that the room we reserved wasn’t available. Was told it was because we used a outside source to book room. This made sleeping arrangements a little hard

this property is in the quite downtown hot springs its 6 minutes from oak lawn casino, restaurants, shopping I highly recommend giving this property a try.

Customer Service was really nice and welcoming. Our room was clean. The food was good. They gym and pool was clean. No complaints!

Had a top floor and end room. Thinking it would be quieter. It was quieter, however the room was very warm. I turned thermostat down and after several hours the room temperature actually rose. I went to front desk and the said the room would cool off once the sun set. The front desk handed me a small fan. Late in the evening it began to cool off. The next day the room exceeded the set temperature of the thermostat again.

I had a fabulous stay at Marriott. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking was abundant. This hotel is near restaurants and gas stations. You cannot walk to many places but it is in a convenient location. Room was good size and the beds were very comfortable.
