The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. It was very conveniently located to access pretty much anything. Easy walk from Sapporo station.

付出很高嘅價錢 要求住高層 換來是地下最底一層 打開窗口 是熟食中心的後門 見到幾個工人 在你窗口食煙，根本不能打開窗 以後也不會租住這樣的酒店 Pay a high price, ask to live in the upper floors, in exchange for the bottom floor, open the window is the back door of the cooked food center, see a few workers, smoke in your window, ca n’t open the window at all, and will not rent such a hotel in the future

Good to have spa provided, close to Sapporo station

Hotel location is good, room is clean. But room is too warm and dry for comfort in Nov, unable to adjust temperature of central heating. I had to open the window slightly for cold air to enter room to regulate the temperature.

Walking distance close to JR Sapporo station, Nice bed, fair on hot spring & breakfast, Family Mart just cross a road. Anyway, good choice for short stay.

The location is conveniently located opposite a combini shop (family mart). It is also very near to the station (8 mins walk). The location is peaceful, good for resting after a day of hustle and bustle. Especially relaxing to visit the onsen at level 9 of the hotel in the winter to end the day (free for hotel guests). There’s also a coined laundry area to wash and dry clothings which is very convenient for travellers traveling light. We definitely will recommend this hotel to travellers/friends/family.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean even though the bed still smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars. The hot spring was clean and very nice after a long day out in the snow and cold.

The hotel is reasonably fresh, with small signs of wear and tear in rooms. The rooms are bigger than in the newer hotels closer to JR station, definitely a plus for those staying a longer time. There is a spa on the top floor, with an indoor, and and outdoor pool - absolute bliss after a busy day in town to soak in the hot bath in minus ten degrees, and snow slowly falling! The spa is open (and free of charge) in the morning, and again in the evening - into the night, busiest time I came across was just after midnight when all salarymen come back from an Izakaya. The hotel is located on Kita (north) 10, which means that it is only one and a half blocks away from the northernmost entrance to the underground tunnel system that criss-crosses the city, convenient on rainy or snowy days as you can walk pretty much anywhere in centre of town in those tunnels. Alternatively walk two blocks north to Kita 12 and there is the closest subway station (on the Nanboku line). Plenty of casual restaurants around, and Hokkaido University's southern (main) entrance is just two blocks south-west of the hotel.

Excellent location but room was very warm and we couldn’t find the thermostat so we left the window open all night to cool off the room.

Somewhat refurbished hotel, previously hotel dynasty. Rooms are slightly bigger than normal though our room gets hot at night, maybe due to onset of winter so central heating was turned on. Balcony door can be opened for cold air but didn’t want to keep it opened while sleeping. Easy access to Sapporo Station (5mins walk), MOS burger and convenience stores around the corner. Also just behind budget car rentals for those on self drive holidays for pickup/ drop off. 20mins walk to Sapporo Beer Museum too. There’s “onsen” facility in the hotel too although did not use.

very nice. I will always choose APA. The APA hotel provides the best facilities at a very affordable price. The rooms are very nice, clean. Check-in or check-out takes less than 15 sec.

Super near the Sapporo Jr station. Spacious room and the staff is good in english

staff is polite and helpful even though cannot speak English well. same breakfast everyday. overall is a comfort stay and will come back again in near future.

It’s was a very nice and quiet hotel with comfy rooms, as non smoking rooms have run out, I had to choose a smoking room- let’s just say if you are non smoker better to avoid smoking room. Otherwise the staff are really polite and very helpful! Love the outdoor spa.

The good hotel that near JR sapporo station about 7 minuets. You can walk to hotel easily.
