Excellent. Our first time at a Fairfield Inn. Very nice. Great breakfast, clean room, nice person at check in(Dana). Requested top floor, no problem. The app even remembered I had a $20 credit and applied that!. We usually use Wyndham properties for the points and because we typically travel with pets but this time we weren’t and the reviews were horrible for Wyndham in Nashville. Glad I remembered the hotels.com app!

The initial room was unacceptable . It had a musky damp odor. The 2cd room was much more to our liking but what if the building had been booked out. We would have been.forced to sleep in the original.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! Personally, I think it's one of the best hotels we've stayed in in quite some time. The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly, and an indoor pool (WINNING)!!! Thank you.

Great hotel and area for a quick stay to meet up with friends. The hotel as a whole was very clean, staff was polite, and breakfast staff was friendly. The free breakfast offered both hot and cold items with a 24 hour coffee bar.

Easy in easy out to the highway. Room is quiet despite heavy traffic noise out side.

Fantastic place. Came to rest. Cracker Barrel with heart food walking distance. Need transport to cross into downtown and Uber limited. (Expressway in between).

Clean and quiet hotel! Staff was amazing! House keeping was very nice but came around a little early for a check out day. Pool was pretty cold for an indoor pool. Will stay here everytime we are in the area.

I booked my stay the night before arrival. When my email came i noticed i accidentally booked for that night. I called a few times they said they couldn't change it or refund me. I was still 13 hours away from Tennessee. I was forced to pay $200 a night for a room i wasn't staying in. Then had to pay $200 a night for the next night that i was actually going to be there.
Although the hotel is clean, for this reason i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. People make mistakes. Unfair to be so selfish to not help the customer.

Overall the stay was great, clean, great Continental breakfast, and staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint, mattress and pillows too soft and the toilet is too low( invest in a higher toilet)

It was the 4th of July so we assumed it might be noisy in the hotel but it wasn't. We heard road noise but that was because we chose a hotel that was close to the interstate intentionally. Road noise wasn't bad. Staff very friendly, air conditioning was great and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast started at 6:30 which is nice for those of us who want to get an early start. Restaurants are very close which is nice. We plan to stay here again

The hotel is new and well located, with a pretty good fitness center and indoor pool. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Kelly at the front desk was fantastic: very friendly, efficient, and dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was of pretty good quality, but with somewhat limited options.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel for several reasons. The hallways were dirty and not vacuumed. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were very thin. The bathroom towels were some of the thinnest towels I’ve ever had. They really could not properly dry an adult. The walls were extremely thin and you could hear anyone walking through the hallways and I believe the people staying in the room above us were playing a game of basketball until 12:00 am (there was literally none stop foot traffic). There were no Kleenex in the room and the roll of toilet paper on the roll had some sort of blue liquid on it (we removed it and used another already used roll that was in the bathroom. Thank goodness we were only here one night. We just can not recommend this hotel and are disappointed in Marriott hotels for this one.

The hotel and grounds were very nice. Unfortunately, my room had a very strong, foul odor in it. I wish I had notified front desk upon checking in, but I hoped it would be gone by the evening (I was out of the room the entire day).

Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice set-up and the location is extremely convenient. Breakfast is good, but would be better if the eggs were real, instead of reconstituted powdered eggs.
