I have no complaints. All of the staff were nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were very clean. Pool could have been a little warmer but honestly it was way better than some we've been in that were supposedly heated.

The staff was real nice especially the night front desk guy. The breakfast attendant was also very kind I arrived late to the free breakfast and she still allowed me to get whatever I wanted.
The pool was very very cold. And the noise from the traffic outside was very loud in our room. No noise reduction. It took awhile to fall asleep but the bed comfortable and the room was clean.

No complaints other than we wish they had a jacuzzi. Otherwise the staff was friendly enough, rooms were clean, and the breakfast smelled great! (We had breakfast plans otherwise would have partook lol)

This was our first stay at an IHG property and it was such a great experience start to finish I don’t want to travel anywhere there isnt one! I requested a later checkout so the desk staff signed me up w the rewards program and got me an extra 2 hours to rest and decompress! The saltwater pool was open to guests until 11pm....my family fekt so spoiled and were treated like royalty

Not as clean as I thought it would be based on other reviews I read before booking. Was just ok. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast ok but mostly just pre-made, frozen/heated food. On a positive, coffee was available very early in the a.m.

First thing got there tv didn’t work then they fixed tv and remote didn’t work, got ready to go to bed and the bedding looked filthy with stains on it I would not let my dog sleep on it

We checked in by 3pm and asked for a room on a higher floor and they complied. The breakfast had a good selection, the area was neat and clean. What I really appreciated was that they found my hearing aid charger when they cleaned the room and it was in lost and found.
Fortunately, my friend who we visited came and picked it up and mailed it to me at a future stop on our trip. The hotel was very nice about the situation.

This isn’t one of the nicest holiday inn express we’ve stayed in. It wasn’t as clean and staff weren’t as friendly. There were also people eating in the pool area who made use of that space unpleasant, but about whom staff didn’t really do anything.

The young lady who operated the breakfast was very professional and helpful, she made me feel welcomed and the food was great and there was plenty.

Just right for an easy one night stay. No frills, but no surprises. For an up charge of $50 we were able to stay with our 7 pound dog, something we can’t do everywhere.

Hotel rooms were dirty. Had to have the beds changed due to them being previously used by a previous guest. Front desk staff rude and unprofessional to say the least.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The facilities were beautifully maintained, our room was super comfortable for our family of 5 and breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. The best part? The staff was just fabulous! They were consistently friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming.

Lobby was very welcoming and clean. Stayed in room 222 it smelled very musty and the floor was extremely sticky. Beds were very comfy and sheets nice and clean. Room could just use a good deep clean of the floor.

We were there with another couple for a hobby-related activity held at Montgomery Bell State Park. It was a nice room, plenty of space for two couples.

Liked it was easy to get to off the highway but too close so trucks were noisy
The lights in the room were poor. They need to be spread out and not the yellow light bulbs but need more natural light bulbs. Also would be better to have an e tra sink in the room.

Bedding, shower curtain and couch had black stuff on them. Couch looked like dry blood stains. One of the days no house keeping came in. So, no clean towels. Water pressure in shower was terrible! My daughter got in the pool one night and started screaming her skin was burning. I don't know if the pool chemical levels were off or what. She does swim in the ocean with no issue so it want because of the salt water.
Absolutely amazing breakfast!!! Best part about the entire stay. Cinnamon rolls were amazing! They have this cool pancake maker. They make eggs, bacon, sausage, chip beef gravy. Breakfast was very good!
Overall, it was an okay stay. Definitely was grossed out by the marks and stains on everything.

Stayed a night during a road trip. Front desk staff in the evening and the morning were exceedingly helpful and courteous. Room was small but nice. Excellent breakfast.

The property was convenient because it was close to the ball park and had plenty of restaurant options. The hotel itself was not pleasing because the linen on both beds were filthy, and the bathroom had hair left behind. I talked to the front desk about the linen and they said it was nothing they could do about it because housekeeping had already went home for the day. I went down stairs to confront them and they gave me more dirty linens. Definitely won’t be staying here again. These room should be immaculate considering what’s going on in the world now.

We've stayed here many times in the past, but since Covid it seems to have become run down, not that clean and poorly maintained. Walking in to check-in it smelled stale and smoky. The hallways and room smelled mildewed. It was a real disappointment and I likely won't return.
