Great stay! Cordial staff, very friendly and fast. Facility was extremely clean and beautiful. Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! Our room was spacious, and we loved the nice carpet! The included breakfast provided a fair variety of food choices, as well as did the restaurant bar. We were also pleasantly surprised by the in-house Starbucks! The shuttle bus was simple to catch. And with the hotel being super close to the train / bus system, it was easy to go adventuring.

This was a very nice, comfortable, and affordable hotel. I was snowed in for three days in the area and had to stay at three different hotels. This was absolutely the best. The bed was comfortable, the TV was modern, and the shower was nice.

The room was fine and everything seemed fine until we went to check out in the early morning. The woman working the overnight shift was so rude it was disgusting. The gentleman who drove us to the airport on the shuttle was driving so fast after a huge storm that it was extremely unsafe. Turned out to be that this hotel was the worst part of our time in Denver.

Liked all but plastic forks

Good and clean property for quick overnight due to flight cancellation. Wish I could have used more amenities. Grab and go “breakfast” needs some work…basically a mini muffin and granola bar. Return airport shuttles were all full but hotel is close to light sail station for $3 Toiletries kit would have been nice but long line at desk.

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that my wife and I observed during our recent stay at Hyatt Place Pena Station, which has left us with significant concerns regarding security protocols. On Jan 30, we utilized the hotel's shuttle service and arrived in the lobby around 4:30 am. To our surprise, there was no staff member at the front desk throughout our time there until nearly 5 am. During this period, we witnessed an unsettling incident involving an individual without shoes or socks walking around the lobby attempting to find assistance. This person, seemingly a guest, approached the front desk, where no staff member was present. To our dismay, the individual even took a few key cards from the front desk, apparently attempting to address an issue with being locked out of his room. The situation became more concerning when the shuttle driver had to intervene and located the front desk staff member. What was particularly alarming was that the front desk staff handed the individual a room key without verifying any information. The guest provided a room number, and the staff member issued a key without asking for any form of identification or confirmation. This lack of security checks raises serious questions about the hotel's policies and procedures. We are writing to express our concern

Early morning shuttle to the airport was great!

Looked at Travelocity review "wonderful" so was induced to pick Hyatt Pena above others in the area. Surprised to find on arrival a $14/day parking fee (there were more than ample parking spaces available). Looked again at Travelocity to find that "Parking available" meant "at no small charge"! Also, room nice but had to ask front desk twice to make up. "You get what you pay for" and the Free Breakfast, while adequate, was fairly limited. Front Desk staff were friendly. Would try another hotel next time I travel to the Denver area.

Nice food No conditioner in the shower I asked the first day and nothing I asked the second day and they promised me they would get me conditioner but they blew me off. I’m disappointed

Great hotel to stay when you need to be by the Denver airport. It’s clean and comfortable, their continental breakfast is very decent. We will be staying there again for sure.

Stay at this hotel three times a year when visiting Denver. Highly recommend.

Maid service knocked for 2 seconds then opened my door at 9:05 am!!! Checked in at 2:00 am from delayed flight and didnt appreciate wake up call. No card was in room to hang on door for peace. After i stopped her from coming in she asked when are you leaving? wow
