great place to stay, great bed, room is just what you need, I liked that it is not carpeted, bath room was clean and well stocked. Has a walk in shower which is perfect and much more safer & user friendly than a tub shower. Highly recommend Tru Hotels, we stayed in them before and have always been happy with the stay. We have stayed in several other hotels in this area and this is the best of them.

Great safe place

The only complaint we have is the shower. Pressure was hard and felt like you were being pelted with water. The breakfast was the best I have ever had for a free breakfast. Staff was super nice. Not a lot of noise after 10 pm which is great since we traveled with a one year old.

It was a very nice stay. The staff was very nice. The hotel was very nice also.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely! Breakfast was plentiful - food area was kept very clean and the freshly stocked. Rooms were clean - massive tv and comfy bed!

Our room seemed like it was put together piecemeal. Lobby bathroom was not very clean, but everything else seemed clean. Liked the fresh made pancakes at breakfast, but I found a bagel with green mold on it in the box of bagels.

Front desk was a bit reserved, was not greeted on enter. Room was clean but overheard group in parking lot around 2am. Breakfast was good.

We stayed on the fourth floor. It was obvious that they had just cleaned the carpets. There was a fan blowing so I am assuming it was there to dry them. But the smell from the carpet cleaner was so overwhelming. It was so strong that you could still smell it faintly from our room. I was disappointed that we weren’t put on a different floor.

Room’s vent system in bathroom was infested with what looked like mole crickets. They only came out when the bathroom was dark. Bugs… just like camping. lol. Still a nice place.

This was our 4th stay at the NA Holiday Inn. The environment is awesome and the cleanliness was great. The only issue would be the one ice machine is near the lobby and overused by all.

The staff is always great at this property and the full breakfast if convenient and plentiful.

It's hard to find a clean and well designed hotel that is affordable these days. This one is it.

Hotel is new, modern and clean. Good location close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was pretty good. They have a fun automatic pancake maker. Bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs of some kind (differs day to day), fresh fruit, good coffee and creamers. While I really enjoyed the clean modern look it wasn't quite worth the trade of having a really small room. One of the smallest we've stayed in (king bed room). There isn't any closet or dresser. You get a small desk/table without any drawers or shelves, one normal size nightstand, a bench and on the other bedside there is essentially a small stand (not large enough to hold more than a bottle of water, iPad and cellphone. The lack of storage made for a crowded room as we were in for four nights so we had a good amount of stuff with us. The fridge was really small as well. Barely big enough to store a few drinks at a time. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. The shower and faucet took at least 3-4 minutes of running before it would get hot.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We played pool downstairs till 2 in the morning and it was very quiet movement downstairs no one came in being rude.

This is the second time we stayed at a tru hotel and definitely will not be our last year. He is very hospitable very clean. I was looking for some milk late in the evening and they were kind enough to bring me a small pint of milk .

The staff is excellent the service top notch and a overall good stay this is my third stary - never disappointed
