We have stayed in a few hotels lately and have been very disappointed. This is not one of them, it was immaculate. Everything about our stay was first class. The breakfast was amazing. Someone is paying a lot of attention to the small details of running a business and it shows. Good job guys, keep up the good work.

Was just what we needed for our weekend in Belleville. Breakfast was super yummy, hotel was quiet, pool and room was clean, and front desk was extremely friendly!
My only complaints were that I wish the AC would go down to 62, instead of 65 and there was a really loud obnoxious noise that would go off every 5-10 minutes. Not sure what it was but it was loudest in the bathroom. I’m sure we could have gotten a new room but we didn’t bother bringing up the issue so not the hotels fault! Otherwise if I find myself in this area again, I would stay here.

Room was excellent, bed and pillows very comfortable. The shower and water pressure was amazing. Complimentary breakfast room was large, comfortable and clean, however, they did have trouble keeping the hot food stocked.

Very nice staff and super clean, to the point of sterile, but it just felt a little institutional or something. Bathroom doors were heavy steel. Toilet paper was prison grade. But if you value cleanliness over character and clean lines over cozy, then this is the place for you. I would stay again - with family - because the room was very spacious and the teens liked it, but this is not the place for a romantic getaway or restorative retreat (although it was very quiet - which was a bonus!).

Been to this property before. Was a good stay previous.
However this weekend past was a terrible experience. Two coaches for teams was on property. Evening was incredibly noisy. There were young teenagers yelling ….screaming ….hollering…..running and thudding up and down the hallways after 10pm till almost midnight with little consequences from staff. Damage was done to hotel by the team of girls. It was not the restful relaxation time I had expected with my wife and daughter. Manager did not offer compensation for a terrible stay. The manger offered to give me a heads up next time when a team like that comes again. Doesn’t seem enough for the wasted money on a terrible experience. I’ll take my chances elsewhere.

Loved the breakfast set up! Also enjoyed the gym. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were incredibly helpful. Parking was easy and it has quick access to the 401. Will be staying again.

Everything was fabulous except the cleanliness of the bathtub. I had to take a facecloth and shampoo and clean the tub. The cloth was black in one spot at the end. You could see the dirt in the tub and it just took some good ole scrubbing to make it come off. This was clearly not cleaned a couple times before I got there. The breakfast was one of the best I've had and the room was quiet. The front desk was excellent!

Horribly hard, uncomfortable beds! I felt like my bones were going to break after attempting to sleep in these incredibly uncomfortable beds! They only get 2 stars because the hotel was clean, just not comfortable. Also, the lobby coffee and tea was just coffee! Breakfast was just okay...bananas were over-ripe, the hot water for tea had coffee residue in it! The juice cups were 2 oz mouthwash cups...dixie cups! Staff was unhappy and it showed, they did their job but not with a smile or compassion. Not just one staff member, the 4 employees I came into contact with! Hampton Inn has really declined, it was once I great place to stay, not any longer. Since you are paying top dollar for a room in this hotel, you expect comfort!

My only complaint is that we were situated on a floor (4th,,) with a junior hockey/ baseball team and it was quite noisy, but it wasnt the end of the world.

The walls seem a bit thin, we could hear kids running around and a baby crying. I'm not complaining about the baby, just noting that the sound proofing isn't the greatest. Stay was great otherwise.
