Wanted a queen bed and got a double…

Quiet and easy check in and out

The place just needs an update especially the breakfast menu.

The room was ok for an older hotel. Unfortunately, the hallway floors had a lot of visible debris and dirt. The tv in our room didn't work. There was no instructions on how to call the front desk to ask for help so I googled it and eventually found the number, called and was told they didn't know how to fix it so they'd try to find a maintenance staff to see if they knew how. No one ever contacted me about it again. I asked at the front desk again as we were going for dinner and no maintenance had been found at that point. The pool has an awesome slide though! There's a small games room with a pool table, an air hockey table and a neat pinball machine. The breakfast was nice enough and the staff were cordial. I personally wouldn't book there again but it was fine for one night. The view (water view) was very nice despite the dreary weather so I imagine it would be quite lovely on a pleasant day. There is an awesome park for dogs and kids across the road call Zwicks. Good for families and joggers/runners as there is a waterfront trail and playground equipment.

Pro’s - view on water side is beautiful. Con’s - staff is unfriendly, seems like they don’t want to be there and don’t care about their guests. - hotel is dirty, stains on sofa in 3rd floor lobby, carpets not clean, dirt on handles in room. - most of the “community” TV’s were off. - vending machines were probably removed during Covid, but not returned. - ice machine on 3rd floor was broken. - no chairs on the balconies to sit on. - breakfast initially seemed good, however, all the eggs were very over cooked and the waffles were under cooked. No meat options. - some of the staff had difficulties communicating in English. - considering we were there so close to Christmas, there was very little in the way of decorations and what was there seemed to be just “thrown” together. - hair dryer in room had live electrical wires hanging out from behind the wall cover. Easily reachable by children and right beside the water taps. - none of the staff wore any uniforms or name tags. No way to tell who actually worked there. - hotel is overall very dated. Needs updating. - there were 2 sets of towels, 1 set of soap and shampoo, but there were 3 guests registered and paying for the room.

Very rude staff

Nice hotel but in need of updates which you can tell they are working on. Room was clean. Had a very difficult time reaching front desk when I had to make a noise complaint after midnight. There was a function being held but they seemed to have limited staff to handle other issues. Otherwise our stay was good.

We were disappointed that the room didn’t have a tub as expected. Also listed as a deluxe room with no deluxe amenities.

The room was clean. The bathroom was except for the tub which was old and in need of being replaced.

Comfortable but had a bunch of families checking in for hockey tournament Only 1 staff stood in line for 4o min to check in. Was told at 2:45 room not ready so had to wait Kids playing in hallways

The staff was very professional and so kind. The hotel is very clean. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I highly recommend it!

We loved the breakfast but wondered about lack of meat. The desk staff were some of the best I have met with over the years. Interesting use of this property for local events and conferences. Vicinity very convenient. Overall a good visit. Will do it again when in Belleville.

The toilet was full of stains. The room was decent. Breakfast was okay, though the packaged muffin had gone bad with fungus. I would look for other accomodations in the future.

We enjoy the location & view from our window. It is quiet & peaceful.

Advertized as pet friendly. Booked because it was pet friendly. However this location is not and they are not helpful in anyway.

Probably the worse place I’ve ever stayed. The entire hotel is not clean, only one elevator for the entire hotel. Breakfast area opens only at 7am - not convenient…the bathroom: porcelain tub peeling off, the hold bars are completely rusted, the toilet smelle and to to it off left over beard hair from someone else…last but not least, hotel from the 80’s never updated with the smell that goes with jt.

This property is in very poor condition. Had it not been an emergency we would not have stayed here. Its run down, dirty, moldy, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The staff are good people. The owners/operators should be ashamed of themselves.

Impossible to see the Ramada sign from the entrance road. Therefore, a bit confusing.

We were told by front desk staff that breakfast ends at 11am. We went downstairs at 10am only to find out that breakfast ended at 10. Considering that it was a Sunday morning 10am is early to end breakfast.

Gross room, no heat in the building so we were freezing all night! Absolutely not happy at all!

Just driving home and stopped for the night, just randomly picked it. It was a good place to rest for the night, had no issues with it.

We tried to check in 30 mins early and the staff was super rude about it and wouldn't let us. The also out our room in the middle of a wedding block which the guests were yelling and screaming in the middle of the nighy until 6 am. Our room needed updated and had no heat during our stay. The "free" breakfast was a joke and we had to go out for breakfast to have something decent to eat. Overall the whole stay was disappointing and would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Terrible. Old. No heat for our first night. Staff gave us a portable heater. Front desk said we didn’t have a booked room. This hotel is over priced. Would never come back here. I would not recommend it
