Check in process was super easy, free parking, and a nice clean place to stay!

Everything was fine with the unit. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean and comfortable. The hallway was a bit rundown but once in the actual unit it was great. For some unexplained reason the wi-fi went out the last night but it was really too late to do anything about it and the next day it was working again. Communication with the manager was very good.

We were in town for a music festival in Lafayette. Went up a day early to explore the area. Place was perfect for our group. Easy check in, good lovation and had everything we needed.

Perfect apartment for our stay. Very nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for the three of us! Nice touch having the two full bathrooms! We didn’t cook there but the kitchen was very nice with all updated looking appliances. Just as pictured! Thanks for letting us stay!

We were only here for a couple days but the apartment was lovely. Extremely clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated and in a nice neighborhood. We felt very secure staying here. Close to the State Fair and Destiny Mall. Many places to eat close by also. I had a little problem with the door code (my error) on arrival but the maintenance man was right there and helped. We also had an issue with the bedroom TVs not connecting to the internet but when we called maintenance, they were there in less than 5 minutes and it was fixed within a few hours. The apartment is on the first floor so no stairs to climb! I would highly recommend this rental to friends and anyone visiting Syracuse.

Put our son into Syracuse University and needed somewhere to stay.
Worked out fine for us, the area is nice and the apartment was clean and comfortable for the 2 day stay.

Convenient location. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Responsive owner. Onondaga Creekwalk is great for biking, walking, or running. Coffee at Freedom of Espresso is a must. Highly recommend.

The place was great for our needs. We did not cook any meals but could have nicely. It was very convenient to everywhere we went and lots of nice restaurants close by.

This was a beautiful area. We felt very safe. The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Getting inside was a little confusing and the keypads a tad touchy but otherwise was very secure.

Great location for any destination around Syracuse. Easy on and off major freeways that will take you in any direction. The property was very clean, the communication excellent, and the check-in seamless. Building was very quiet. Highly recommended.

The apartment was perfect for a friend get together. Anytime I emailed a question to Matt he responded in a few hours. It was easy to get in and lots of off street parking. Kitchen was fully stocked with just the right cooking equipment. Very clean and modern. Thanks Matt!!

I booked this property or my son's graduation rom SU. It was about 2 miles from the university. The property was very clean, and comfortable. Considering the condo is on the 1st floor is was relatively quiet. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend Matt's place.

Property was extremely clean. Easy to locate. Host forgot to supply check in codes. After multiple calls we got in. Property matches description exactly. Convenient location. Would rebook.

Matt's place was great! It's within view of St. Joseph's hospital, where we were staying to support our mom while she had surgery. It is 1000x better to have a beautiful, clean, comfortable condo to return to for breaks than a sad hotel room. Thank you, Matt, for sharing your place with us. It truly brought healing to ALL of us! :-)

We rented the apartment to be close to our son while he had surgery in Syracuse . The apartment was wonderful, it was clean and beautifully decorated It was so cozy. We loved the work out room, everyone was so friendly. We especially loved Don, one of the building managers. Everything we needed the crew was on hand and helpful. Matt was amazing, responded to my emails right away and he was so accommodating. We had to extend our stay and he was so kind to work with us. The area is so charming. If we are ever in Syracuse again, we would definitely stay here❤️

Superb downtown apartment with gym and top of the range appliances, high quality furniture, excellent furnishings, very high quality decorations, top streaming channels and exceptional service! Thank you Matt, Bobby and team, we appreciate everything you did to make us safe and welcome during the terrible winter storm, definitely will call on you if coming back in the future!

This two-bedroom and two-bathroom ground-floor apartment was perfect for us for one week. It even has an e-charging station which was a real bonus. Brand new everything and situated within a very pretty pocket of Syracuse with lots of revitalized historical buildings converted into apartments. The only downside was it wasn't really within a walking area to anywhere, though there was a pretty park, but near the highways, super close to the Destiny Mall and 5 min drive downtown. We will definitely be back and the hosts were very helpful with any enquiries.
