Wonderful homestay with incredible setting and pool. We had an amazing room overlooking the national park. The room was huge and bathroom beautifully designed. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were charming and attentive. Nidhan in particular looked after us so well, helping us to book another safari and drove us to the train station on departure. Would highly recommend a few days here, relaxing by the pool and going on safari.

The homestay has no alcohol licence just as an FYI. Sawai Madhopur is a very remote town and a drive away from the homestay so there isn't much to do. There's a great restaurant attached to Fateh's retreat called Fateh's cafe where we ate every night. There isn't anywhere else within walking distance, or anywhere else recommended to go for that matter. It's very much a place to come and relax.

This is an amazing place to stay. The hosts are so accommodating and helped us out with safari bookings and taxis and took us to a local women’s craft place. The staff are also lovely and attentive. The room was stunning - so clean and beautiful. Great pool to use as well! Beautiful location with stunning views. Purified water was left which was great ! The breakfast was amazing and Fatehs cafe serves up delicious food. Stunning location, amazing room and lovely staff - would definitely recommend.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was too helpful specially Nidan ji was always there to help you with anything you need. Food in Fateh's cafe is awesome with a lot of options. They make you feel special. The owners of property makes sure you are taken care of. They take out time to interact and get to know everyone. Will surely visit again.

Nicely situated, far enough from the road to give a secluded feeling. Staff all super friendly and service top-notch.

It’s the most beautiful hotel you can choose in Ranthambore. They have a beautiful garden, the rooms are huge and completely calm. On the one hand everything is pretty new and modernly equipped and on the other hand it’s still cozy. The service was outstanding, too. The prepared fresh and real coffee early mornings before the safari started and waited with breakfast till you came back.

The service is of highest quality, owners, manager and service personnel do their best to make you feel welcome and happy. All amenities, including the connected Fateh's Café, were very clean, the food and drinks provided were hygienic and did not cause any stomach issues for us. It is in a good spot to start safaris, has a nice pool to be used by everyone to have a refreshing time with a great view at the nature and the personnel speaks English.

Very lovely location, personalised service, owners were always on property and we felt like personal guests, really big rooms with spacious bathrooms, and a wonderful cafe

Breakfast was hearty included fresh fruit, homemade museli, eggs to order, poha and stuffed parathas. Service was very good with special mention of the Manager, Nidhan, the cook R. Bahadur, and house help Mukti and Mukesh. Usha, the owner, was very hospitable and accommodating.

Since lunch and dinner isn't provided at the Homestay, guests have to eat at Fateh's Restuarant within walking distance or some other place. As it's a new set up quality of food needs to be improved, and prices could be reduced. Fateh's Retreat (separate from Fateh's Restaurant) has a very good on site cook. I was lucky enough to try his chicken curry!

The food, our home stay and Usha ji's and her entire staff's hospitality was mind blowing and extremely personal to say the least. The eye to detail - we were sent masala chai before our early morning safari at 6 am were among the many small gestures that truly made our stay at Fateh's memorable. We would love to come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay. Everything is perfect. Mrs. Usha is a great host, and Mr. Nidhan Singh was very helpful. The food was amazing!

Our whole stay was wonderful! The room was lovely, very comfortable and beautifully decorated and arranged. The garden is stunning, and the view down from the lawn to the pool and then straight into the National park was gorgeous. It was blissful and very peaceful. The service from all the staff was attentive and we wanted for nothing. They helped us with the safari arrangements so it was a seamless operation. The owner also had a real passion for the tigers and that was clear. The food we were served while we were there was also excellent, delicious home-cooked Indian cuisine, with many ingredients from their own farm. It was a wonderful stay and we were very sad to leave!

This place have a beautiful property , and a wonderful garden, pool next to the Ranthambore National Park , everything in harmony with the nature. We travelled to India for the first time to go for safaris in Ranthambore National Park , we did 8 and saw 3 tigers and 3 sloth bears and many more animals. The manager Nidhan picked us up at the trainstation , and took us to Fatehs Retreat . He helped us with everything we needed and where allways there for us. Usha , the owner of this property welcomed us with open arms when we arrived. The chef and his team make great vegetarian food and the service was excellent. When i want to surprice my wife on her birthday , Nidhan and Usha took us to Khem Villas, another hotel Usha and her family own, she showed us around and welcommed us , and then we get a table outside with candlelights, a memorable dinner. If you like nature, nice company from the staff good service, no stress and excellent food, this is the place for you! I have been to many places and Fatehs Retreat is one of the best I have visited.
