The property was adequate for a 3 night stay. It needs a lot of maintenance. The floors left our bare feet black altho it didn't appear dirty. There was a musty smell that cleared out with doors open, the bottom floor was an exceptiion to that. There was no lighting in the bottom floor room. Linens were clean, but we had to request more for our group of 14. The furniture was very worn, badly need to replace mattresses. The exterior railing is dangerous. We only saw one live palmetto bug.

The 5 separate bedrooms was very nice since my husband and I, and 4 other siblings/spouses were staying there. I also had 3 teenage grandsons with me and unfortunately, they had the ground floor sleeping arrangement. The ground floor is my one & only criticism about this house. When you open the door, you are taken back by a very musty-smelling "basement" and it never goes away. I am sure a dehumidifier would do wonders for that "basement". It does wonders for my own basement at home. My suggestion to the owners...put a dehumidifier in the ground level living space!

This house suited our needs perfectly! The accommodations were clean with plenty of room for our party. The house was quite convenient with just a short walk to the beach. The out-of-the-way public beach access meant that the beach was never overcrowded, which was a huge plus for us!

Property is beautiful and so close to the beach! Loved the convenience also close to all the pier attractions too! Would stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and large enough for our family. Access to the beach was easy. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and had to spend some time cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a family gathering with family from Dallas & Atlanta to spend a week at the beach. House met all of our needs, close to the beach, close to restaurants and lots of beach gear. Living area on 2nd floor is quite large allowing us plenty of room to spread out. Would recommend for any large family looking for a beach vacation.

My mom and step father live in Pensacola. I thought it was time for a visit. The proprty accommodated 11 adults and 7 children under the age of 5. We had a ton of fun at the beach daily, 5 minute walk.

A group of friends and I stayed at 300 Via De Luna over a 4 night time period for a wedding that we were all attending in the area. The house itself was a perfectly situated location that was a 2 minute walk to the white sandy beach, and a 5 minute car ride to the fun restaurants and bars the area has to offer. The large kitchen/living room was a perfect hangout location for our group to unwind, and the multiple bedrooms meant no fighting over beds. The home also offered a full closet stocked with chairs and beach games for all ages that made those trips to the beach fun. Some who ended up staying later into the day on Sunday even got to witness the Blue Angels fly-over right on the beach! Communication with the property management office was smooth and pleasant, they made checking in and out very simple. The house instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this as a location you and your friends or family can really enjoy and take advantage of the beautiful area.

We had a great time at Latitude Adjustment. We stayed with three families and had plenty of space to sleep and hang out in the common areas. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, etc.

We attended a family funeral in Florida, we rented this home for part of our accommodations and it quickly was dubbed “the gathering place”. Family that was staying in other locations came and joined us for meals and visiting. The home was spacious and had plenty of seating. We loved the layout. We had some babies and toddlers so my only wish was that there were some baby gates to put up on the deck stairs and interior staircase. The kitchen was well equipped for a large house with many guests. Everything was clean and when we needed the property manager they were prompt to reply and meet our needs. A large griddle would be a nice addition to the kitchen and we also think there could be more towels…kitchen and bathroom…maybe even beach towels. Wish we had thought to just bring our own. Overall it was a great week.

We enjoyed the space, it was more than enough room. We didn’t really use the space downstairs, as it was damp, musty, and humid. Apart from that, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. It really is close to the beach!

The house was not very clean. Tub in master bath kept pouring water, want even on. The stove top took 3 1/2 hours to boil water. Only two of the burners were working and not on high. Clearness showed up smoking on the property at 9:45am. We were trying to get our stuff out but had to walk through cigarette smoke, which my daughter is allergic to. Overall horrible experience

My husband and I come every year to the beach and brought some newbies for fishing and fun. Neither disappointed and your place definitely made it much more pleasant. Quite homey and well stocked and we would love to visit again!

The property was spacious, decided not to bring kids. The property is getting old and needs some updating. Apparently the house had been sprayed for bugs and unfortunately we found several once guest arrived. The sofas need replacing or a good cleaning. Some of the decorations need replacing from ware and tear. Towels need to be replaced as well as some pillows. If those things are done would love to rent again as we try and come down 2 to 3 times a year sometimes 4.
