Property was as described. Had all facilities for cooking in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Easy self checkin and David was super responsive when messaging.

Safe/ gated. Very well equipped kitchen WiFi was a good connection - Netflix - extra blankets - would have prolonged the stay for the week , as venue and location were good Soaps shampoos, cleaners, washing powder washing up liquid and cleaning and drying cloths all brand new. Some lovely thoughtful touches and good decor

There was a huge misunderstanding over book in times . I had said 1:30 am .. host assumed I meant 1:30 pm. host did his best to get us in at 12noon straight after the cleanup. . Happy to have booked a day earlier if I’d realised.. luckily I was in a car not a cab as had to wait 10 hours to get in - Cold ! Not Hosts Fault!! But we had a room heater downstairs and electric blanket worked on main bed - couldn’t get oven work

Great location - easy walk to shops, sights, cafes & restaurants. Great accommodation- clean, had everything we needed & was quiet (unit at the back of complex, off the main road). Clear instructions and quick response to any questions from owner. Would definitely recommend this place or stay again on next visit to Perth.

The three C’s from me, clean comfortable and convenient. easy walk to most tourist destinations, the unit was on the CAT bus route David the contact was very accommodating with extended our departure time when our travel plans changed at last minute

The location was within walking distance of city centre & lots of tourist attractions.

We had to leave 1.5 days early for health reasons.
