Overall this is a nice place and we enjoyed our stay but there are a few things that could have made it great. Shower is dumb.. looks beauty glass door but it opens at the far end and you must get in shower to turn it on and of course you get a blast of cold water. Ice machine on our floor broken and there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer in laundry and none of our 3 credit cards would work. Front desk didn’t seem to know. Worst was not being able to connect our Amazon fire stick again front desk said be patient internet is slow. After trying all evening to no avail the new desk guy in the AM said oh ya no devices are allowed! Too bad the overnight guy didn’t know. Breakfast was good and I liked the gym. I think they need a maintenance man on the weekend to attend to deficiencies.

Bad smell in room that deodorizing spray could not mask. Also a running motor in a fridge overnight made sleep difficult.

My stay at the hotel was very nice, I really like the comfort and feel of the room. Room and Bathroom was very clean.
The breakfast was pretty good also I didn't have much choice based on what I eat but the muffin and juices was very good.

My whole stay the maid service never touched my room. I didn’t receive new towels and wash clothes. They didn’t clean or change my sheets. It was overall a quiet and good experience. I had to ask the maid for towels and wash clothes on day 2 of my 4 day stay. Other than that it was okay.

Super uncomfortable bed and the room wasn’t the cleanest at check-in. The traffic noise was also unbearable and the walls were thin enough I could hear full-blown conversations in the rooms on either side/bathroom noises of other guests. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Took a good 20 minutes of standing in line to check in. There was one guy in front of me being helped but for some reason it took forever.

This was as one-night stay for shopping in the area. It's close to the King of Prussia mall, which is a plus (you could actually walk there, if you felt like it. However, the hotel is situated on a one-way street going south so if you're heading north-bound and need to turn into the parking lot, you have to go to the next light and do an illegal U-turn to get there. That is really the only big negative I have. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly, there's a free continental breakfast. It's a decent hotel for the price.

Got away for a couple days to celebrate my husband birthday and the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the room was clean.

It was a good 2 night stay. The hotel is close to shopping malls, restaurants, parks.
My only complaint is that there is no grassy area for my dogs to walk. That was important to me. I think that they should have that amenity for the dogs since I am paying extra for their stay. Other than that, the room is clean and beds are comfortable, bathroom is good size. My room did not have a full window so it felt dark unless you open all the lights.the breakfast is adequate.

The place isn’t much to look at and the hallway carpet has seen better days, but they have a hot breakfast buffet. I would think that since they knew how many nights we would be there, they would have enough towels and coffee/tea supplies for us, but we had to ask for extra at the front desk. However, the room and bed was clean and comfortable.

When checking in, had to wait over 10 minutes for desk person to appear. Could not be located
by other staff who did not appear to care.
Morning staff was attentive to guests, and breakfast was very good.

This hotel is an excellent location for all the Valley Forge and King of Prussia attractions-Mall, Zoo. Military Park etc.. The rooms were nice. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good for a short stay. The only negative is there was a lot of traffic noise from outside the hotel which went until approximately midnight and started up at 5 AM.
