Conveniently located but in very run- down condition.

The first room they gave us smelled like it was smoked in even though all the rokms are supposed to be non-smoking. We asked to changed but the room they offered next was even worse. Later that night when we were getting ready to sleep we found bugs in the beds, both beds actually. So they moved us to a different room (another smoked-in room). Apparently weed is legal in KY. Anyway this room had clean beds. The carpet was sticky, nasty. Wearing shoes solved this issue. The shower was awesome though. The continental breakfast was great too. Many choices. You could make your own muesli or just have yogurt plain, you could have apples, bagels w/ cream cheese, muffins (chocolate or blueberry), you could make yourself toast (and butter) or even make your own waffles (with syrup) And the breakfast room was open for about 3 hrs every day, which was nice that we didn't have to rush in the morning.

Bathtub enamel chipping away. Smoky smell from smokers standing outside room and AC bringing in the smoke. Sink drain VERY slow and during night flooded room from stopped drain on upper floor. Management unwilling to compensate for having to deal with flooded floors, packing, and relocating to another room. Worst Days Inn we've ever stayed in. NOT up to Wyndham reputation.

Checked in very nice receptionist. Went up to room was greeted with a massive smell of smoke and musty mildew/mold. Kept the room aired open for 2 hours and finally couldn’t handle it any longer. Switched rooms. The next room was much better in smell but the bathroom needed a good cleaning there was pubic hairs left behind from the previous guests sooooo I was a little sketch about their cleaning. I cleaned and checked everything. The problem with booking with hotels is once you check in and are past the cancel time you can’t get refunded. They do have some kind of air fresheners or something around the property that make it smell.
It is right next to Walgreens which was convenient and black riffle coffee.

It was ok for the price. You want cheap you get cheap. The room was clean and all the basics were there, but there was no above and beyond.

Nice and clean place to stay. Very convenient to most tourist attractions. The beds were very comfortable for me.

The property charges a $60 deposit, which is not advertised.
They property demands payment of the deposit in cash.
If you forget to pick up the deposit at the end of your stay, they will hold it for 30 days. Then you lose your $60.
When checking out, you have to wait until they have staff to check your room. Since they don't accept deposits on credit cards, you have to deal with their delays.
I don't recommend this property, because of the games they are playing on this.
Other than that, the rooms are nice and clean, and the property is in a great location.

This hotel is extremely crappy. From the front desk lady being terribly rude and awful to the complete trashiness and filth of the exterior. I tried to cancel my reservation after only having booked one night previously that day and they would not grant my request. I chose not to stay here due to the awful staff at the front desk and the uncleanliness throughout, even tho I still had to pay. This is one of the worst hotels in this area snd I would avoid at ALL costs!!

only thing i have to say is tubs need replaced, the one i stayed in was peeling, like they might have put a spray coating on to make it look better, but did not work.

The staff insisted I give them a $60 cash deposit after paying with Hotels.com, I did not think I had $60 and asked if they could put it on a credit card or anything else. They basically said if I did not come up with $60 cash I could not stay in the room was nonrefundable so they would not refund what I’d paid to stay there. The room was dirty mowed in the refrigerator bathtub falling apart. They really need some upgrades.

The bathtub is terrible paint peeling off and I had no heat she came and checked and kept telling me the room would warm up I slept in my clothes with four blankets the staff on the day I checked in was excellent the hotel needs some upgrades and some maintenance

The property was old and outdated, also had a musty feel. The bathroom could use a major overhaul, tub was peeling and the shower head was old, rusty and very dirty.

Booked through Travelocity - had 4 adults and one child. Travelocity said it had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa - arrived and there was no pull out bed. Front desk staff said none of their rooms had a pull out sofa so it was Expedia that had false advertising.

The location is great. The service mediocre. Especially the front desk lady that was there in the morning during check out.. she was pretty rude. We had a non smoking room ; however the blankets and covers had cigarette burns
The bathroom oh boy where do I start. The tub was peeling and it was pretty worn down. It was not a pretty sight..
I guess I’m disappointed as we paid $189 total for a night and it did not meet our expectations.

We booked our room here at the Days Inn online the day before we were heading out it asked for a card to put on file in case we did not show and they would charge it . when we got there they told us they did not have a room saved under our name that the booking was canceled and when I asked the lady why it was canceled she said because it had to be paid in full on the card before we came down but online it did not say we had to pay in full it just asked to put a card on file in case we reserved a room and did not show. I’ve never stayed here before at this place and I don’t think I will anytime soon because on New Year’s eve weekend it’s hard to find a place to stay, but luckily we were able to.

Bugs all in floor of bathroom beds were hard. Wall outlets didn't work and poor lightening in room. Breakfast had poor selection and not enough seating for people staying there and wasn't very clean. Not enough towel and toiletries left in room.

We had to stay in Pigeon Forge last min on our way home to Chicago. They only had one king room so i took it and when we tried to shower, we noticed the upstairs renter was showering, causing the ceiling above our shower to leak really bad. I told the receptionist about it but they don't really do anything to apologize or compensate. It was a bad stay, definitely overpriced room that had a useless bathroom due to the ceiling leaking. Took video but this won't let me upload it.

This was a great property to stay in the only thing that got me was the bathroom could use a little bit of updating the tub had a lot of the paint chips coming off of it other than that it was great and one thing when you're renting the room I don't know whose fault it was but they didn't tell you that there was a $60 deposit for the room but it's okay it worked out in the end the staff there was very friendly and very kind and very polite and it was a wonderful stay

The breakfast was good. I liked the location of this property, but it's not well-maintained. There were bed bugs in our room. Luckily, there was a spare room, and we could change it late at night. The carpets were not clean; my socks turned black in a few minutes of use.

Got checked in ordered food and was watching tv and noticed bed bugs on my bed. They moved us to another room, didn’t see any bed bugs, but did see a cockroach. Didn’t offer a refund or anything type of compensation.

The property was not as advertised in the photo attached to the listing. The ACTUAL property is dirty, old, run down, and in need of MUCH repair. It is truly an example of false advertisement. We expected a decent place and this was disgusting.

Pictures looks great but the reality is different.
Stinky carpet, piling paint from bath tub and panels, hairs in bathroom.
Cleanest room in this property was breakfast room, my kids was happy eating there.
