Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel.
Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel and must try if you looking for accomodation near central station at milan.

The hotel was super convenient & close to the train station. The staff was so friendly & welcoming. The bellhops didn’t waste a minute offering to help us with our luggage. They even helped us push our luggage over to the train station on the day we left. Amazing service! Breakfast bar was plentiful & had a wide range of American & European options. The rooms were quiet & spacious and so clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was good, especially the proximity to Milano Centrale. Room was also very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed twice during our trip but the second time was better, as we were allowed an earlier check-in with no surcharge, to a room nicer than the one assigned the first time (For the first stay we paid extra for a room upgrade and early check-in as we were tired after a long flight)

One stay in Milan before heading to Rome. Perfect location for Milan Central - Superior room had enough space, comfy bed, great shower. Ok breakfast. Staff very friendly and efficient.

The hotel is right next to the train station which is super convenient if you travel around by train. The staff is super helpful and friendly, took initiative to help us out when we checking in the hotel when it was raining heavily. Totally recommend this hotel!

The property was very clean and the area is quite central. However, for the price I think they can update the rooms, ours had wallpaper that was peeling and the bathroom was tiny.

The room was spacious and so clean with the modern decor. I love everything about this hotel. Breakfast offered plenty of options.. so good. Staff were friendly, Kadir the concierge went above and beyond, wheeling our luggages to train station.. much appreciated!

Early arrival meant that our room was not ready (as expected) but on returning later the team had kindly put our bags in our rooms and we only had to collect the key.

While conveniently located close to the train station, the area is a little bit rundown and vehicular traffic was a bit chaotic making it not very easy to reach with suitcases.
The proximity of the taxi station also make the area a little bit messy.

I selected this hotel for it’s proximity to Milan Central Train Station. Hotel was right across the street from station. It was easy to walk to with luggage. I found the hotel rather high end in its facilities and accommodations. I was impressed with how nice it was. The room and beds were clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Also it was close to the cable car stop for traveling around the city. We were able to visit the Starbucks Roastery during our short half day stay in Milan. On the way back we stopped into a little market for some needed items and picked up a delicious curry take away for dinner - both within a block of hotel. English speaking staff was friendly and helpful in directing us to airport transportation options for our early morning flight. I was more than pleased and would stay here again.

Perfectly decent accomodation, but other than being very convenient due to its proximity to Milano Centrale, it isn’t the best area. I never felt unsafe per se, but I think it’s worth the hassle of getting on the metro for an additional 10 minute subway ride to get to a more desirable area. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and modern.

The hotel was ideal for business trip. Very clean and comfortable bed and pillow choices. Minibar available, shampoo and things were of great quality, towels wonderful.
Just across the street from the Milan central train station and was on the safer side of the station building! Just loved it ! Thsbkd to the staff!

This hotel was very close to Central station which was handy - but this is not the best area of the City. Staff were helpful, room had all I needed. The hotel is also a short walk to Mamma Rossa for an excellent meal. I would happily return to the hotel.
