It seems like they are doing some kind of renovation but it did not get in our way, the room was as promised, comfortable and clean. The only negative I'd say was the remote to the TV, not very user friendly and a little frustrating getting around the channels. Also, no information in the room about the TV or remote. But, we really were not there to watch TV...lol

The rooms floor qas uneven.. when youvatood by the window and someone stood in the middle the lerson by the window was at meast 2ft shorter. The bathroom floor was also a little uneven. There was only shutters for the thin window which you could hear the traffic and feel the cold air through. We found trash under the table by the chair when we arrives. We had to ask for toilet paper and the front door waa vwry jard to open. Also, whe. The front door did get open it onkyvopened half way and then stopped.. yes they did offer a free breakfast but there was no plain oatmeal only 2 flavored oatmeals, raisin bagels toast and danishes, there was 3 cereals to choose from. And tea and hot coffee.. . This would not be a choice to stay at again.

You can definitely hear the freeway in the room with the windows closed. Super basic hotel. All you got in the room was bar soap- no shampoo or lotion or anything. It was clean but run down and old. The hot tub had no water in it and I was crossing my fingers the elevator would make it to the third floor. The front desk lady was nice and helpful. There were some homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. It definitely didn't feel like a Wyndham hotel.

Good location, close to freeway and a few shopping plazas, and people are nice and friendly.
The rooms face toward the freeway are not quiet, and the refrigerator and air conditioner also make a few noise. Didn’t have too many choices on breakfast.
Overall is acceptable.

We had to stay near the area for a family event. The hotel seemed clean enough. It’s not the nicest facility but did the job just fine at a great price. Overall I would stay here again if I needed a cheap place to stay.

Easy check in and out. Very clean.

Ot seems they punish you for bringing a dog putting you next to the side facing the freeway. Did not get any rest after a 8 hour drive from Tucson Arizona. Roaches crawling up walls in the hallway. Room’s pretty bad maintained.

Very limited parking.
The staff was great!

Parking was a little tight with a full size truck but they accompanied us in every way possible.

The hotel was an average one it was an older hotel but it does not meet the standards of Wyndham without a complete remodel.

It’s a nice place to stay if you just want a comfy place to sleep.

I would not recommend this place to anyone this Days Inn is straight nasty and very dirty. The owner/ manager is rude and disrespectful when i told him that i was charged an extra $25 a night for my service dog and was not offered a military discount since i'm a Marine Veteran he didn't want to give me a refund. The bed was uncomfortable very soft to sleep on and the towels had hair on them .The hallway was dirty the need to power wash and the elevator was dirty the parking is limited the landscaping in the back of hotel needs to be cleaned up.

We needed to stay close for doctor appointments. Had my husband is disabled, requested room on bottom floor or close to elevator. Since we had my husbands service dog with us we had to be put in a pet area, was not close to elevator. Also Had to show proof of service dog; in all our travels throughout the US, I’ve never been asked to do so. Rooms are by street and freeway; windows Should be more sound proof.

Don't stay here! The hotel is infested with bed bugs! Such a run down place. I had a reservation. Upon arrival i was told there were no pet room available, so i had to pay extra for a double. I was ok with that. I parked in their parking lot at the back of the property, there was what look like a homeless tent on the lot. Still, i was trying to give them a chance. Passed the pool on the way to the room. It looked dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Finally went to the room. At a glance everything looked ok. Until i pulled down the sheets to make the bed more comfortable. A giant brown stain on that sheet. Remind me of oxidized blood stain. OH No! I said ok, i have another bed. When i pulled the pillows from the headboard, there was a giant bed bug chillin on that pillow. I threw it off the bed, and killed it. I immediately called the front desk on a phone that didn't really worked. Had to keep wiggling the wire to hear a tone. Finally got the front desk. Was put on hold not once, 3 times. Then, after about 10 minutes, it was hung up. I decided I was done with this place. Packed my bags and booked a different hotel. Went down stairs and handed the key cards to staff Bridget. I recorded the talk with her where i explained the problem. I was told they just fumigated, so they know there's bugs. Was told 2 speak with Sam. Apparently there's no Sam that works there! Apparently the elusive managers name Shiraz. Giv me my $450! I also have pics, but it won't letme post

Nice stay

The clerk was rude, when we spoke to him he said, yeah I’m rude & proud of it.” Rooms were second rate, would have been better at a Motel 6. Went with family with infant, no crib available. Definitely would never return & telling all friends & contacts on social media this place is sketchy. Requesting a full refund!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and sheet. Simple breakfast tasted alright. Only downside was my room window was facing 10 freeway so it was noisy all night

Front desk was very helpful housekeeping was excellent But the continental breakfast was very poor I guess you get what you pay for

We couldn’t get into our room eight times before they finally changed the door lock. Spa was not working. No restroom around the pool or inside the lobby. Breakfast is all junk, sugar laden, and no protein. Boiled eggs would be a nice option. We won’t be turning, although the room was very roomy and clean.

The stay was good, but the breakfast was bland due to lack of variety.

This is the worst hotel experience all my life! The front desk staff was not friendly at all! I was ordered to leave my room when the cleaning lady tried to clean my room. Then I decided not to have her clean my room. This never happened to me before, the first time, all my life.

Front desk lady was rude and abrupt, not pleasant at all, i felt she treated me like i was a distraction, was put in room facing freeway, windows offer no sound proofing so i couldnt sleep due to noise from cars all night

We booked two rooms and they were very spacious and clean. The showers worked very nicely, and the beds were comfortable. As we were settling in, there was a large explosion nearby, outside the hotel property. Then some five minutes later, a much larger explosion that set off many car alarms shook the hotel building. The police were called by the hotel manager, and they came very quickly. However, the police were unable to identify the culprits. It probably was some illegal cache of fireworks, but it must have been quite a large cache. Based on my earlier experience with dynamite, the second one was probably twenty sticks of dynamite or equivalent. My children were crying due to the second explosion, and since the police couldn't find the people responsible, we decided the safest thing was to move to another hotel. We did so quite rapidly. The hotel manager at the Days Inn here wouldn't refund our money, saying that the problem was outside the property, they cannot be held responsible. I agree, the property manager and owner are not directly responsible, but I don't want to be the one holding the bag having to buy two sets of rooms for the same night. I tried negotiating with the manager (e.g., give us a refund for one of the two rooms), but the answer was a clear no. We don't live in the area, so we cannot vote there. Really, the people living in the area need to vote for improved District Attorneys who will prosecute this type of crime. Be forewarned.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Days Inn in W. Covina. The facility was beautiful, the room was very clean and smelled fine. I do use a UV light to check for unseen contamination and found none. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was as expected and sufficient.

The pictures on line do not match the rooms, it’s ran down. I ended up finding a much better hotel through Expedia for the same cost in Pasadena on Colorado Blvd. they also make you leave a $100 DP. A lot of people must walk out, I will be seaking a refund from hotels.com

This place is very dirty. Super loud not only because the location is next to the freeway but it sounded like they were doing some sort of construction in the other room. The room itself didn’t have a remote, there is used tissue that is stained that wasn’t replaced. The shades were broken, the door doesn’t open correctly. I had to replace the keycard two times. There was no AC or heat unit. The furniture was stained. It was all a disgusting experience. Never again I’ll come here.
