Stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions on our trip, coming and going from Atlanta. Great location with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms were nice with lots of kitchenette amenities if needed. Room had a comfy feel and beds were great. The staff was outstanding both times. Overall great experiences both times.

Friendly staff you don’t get that everywhere now. Clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast had quite of variety to offer and great stay for the price.

This is an older hotel but is well maintanined. Beware if you check in early, there is an additional $30 fee. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is a 12 minute walk from the Marta, so you can go anywhere on that system if you stay here. There is a shopping center accross the street that has a lot of restaurants and a Target.

I've stayed at this hotel chain before just not in Atlanta. By far, this is the best chain for the price and comfort. When i booked this trip I didn't know it was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. I am SO thankful it was. From now on this will be the only chain i stay at. It's nice and affordable.

I really enjoyed myself overall. There was an issue with the air conditioning but it was fix eventually. Also I wasn’t advised I would have to pay to park per day before booking. Other than that I was very pleased with my stay.

The room was run down - hard to be comfortable when it looks run down - You wonder what else might be off that you don’t see. The pic was included to show the hole in the old fabric at the base of the bed. Curtains were also very aged. It seemed to be clean though.

This was my 1st stay at any Sonesta property. The service was great and they offered a small free breakfast in the morning which is always a nice feature. My only complaint would be that the tile in the shower was chipped in some places so it looked sketchy. The room was clean though, just could use a little touch up in the bathroom.

We always enjoy staying at the Sonesta at Perimeter Center. The convenience of having a small kitchen the separate rooms and living area are just great. Also the location to shopping, food, activities is perfect.
We'll be back again!!

My main frustration with our stay was the fact that the room had ROACHES, then having to wait for hrs upon hrs for ppl to come clean the carpet and ac units out. I was not able to relax which is why I booked this stay to begin with!! Our kitchen and bathroom sinks were both stopped up when we got there!

The room was acceptable. I always use disinfectant wipes and Lysol spray before getting comfortable in any hotel room. The sofa bed was worn and dirty, needing to be replaced. The full-size refrigerator was in average condition. The bathroom was separated with the sink, vanity and clothing closet near the bed, but no door separating it from the bed. There was a door that closed between that and the toilet and shower/tub. I had to pay $5/day to park in the hotel parking lot, which appeared to have enough spaces for the guest already staying there as well as more vehicles. The breakfast was satisfactory. I've stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, and I guess I expected better from Sonesta ES Suites, but H.I. Express impressed me more. This was my first time staying at a Sonesta location. They should update the furnishings and step-up the breakfast.

The king suite with two bedrooms was PERFECT for our family of 4. Kids had their room and we had out ours - with full size fridge/kithen and a common area in the middle. Location was perfect - close to every kind of shopping and dining. There is a Marta (city transit train) station close by, too.

From checkin to checkout it was a great place to stay. I needed a relaxing time and Tommy, Leisa, Akhbar, and others provided that along with a very nice clean room, delicious breakfasts every day, to name a few. I ended up extending my stay. I’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at a sonesta in Charlotte and had such a great experience that I decided to book Sonesta again when visiting Atlanta. It was nothing like my experience in Charlotte. Neighbors were so noisy and the walls were paper thin, I couldn’t get any sleep. The lobby and rooms smelled old and stale. There was nothing special or remarkable about this stay I wouldn’t stay again. Additionally, I was charged for a late checkout to which no on told me there were fees involved when I called down to see if checking out a few minutes later would be okay. I only saw it once I checked my bank statements. When I called to ask about it, the person on phone rudely said “we expect folks to know that there are fees involved with that”. Awful experience, would not recommend.

Great location, very safe and clean environment, staff had amazing customer service throughout the whole stay. Cleanliness in lobby,hallway's, and rooms. We will book again! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Loved the beds.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was a good sized suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I love that it has a common area to eat dinner and relax on the sofa to watch TV.
The staff members were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. The hotel was nice and appeared clean. However, there were a few minor issues.
The bed was too hard.
The heat wouldn’t turn off even though I set the thermostat to 69 degrees. This caused the room temperature to remain at 74 degrees the entire stay.
There was mold in the shower on the wall.
The water pressure in the shower was too low.

The property is old and dated. It was obvious my room used to be a smoking room because the smell of smoke was in the walls. Good for the price but the room I stayed in needs to be renovated and upgraded.

The overall hotel was not bad and had a great setup with full kitchen in the room. The issue was everything was very outdated all the way down to the phone and there were stains on the sofa and chair in bedroom. I didn't want to sit on any of them. I had to request to have bathroom recleaned due to urine stains on toilet seat. The microwave looked a little scary and shower seemed to have buildup in it. Overall this could be a good place to stay, it just needs a major remodel and upgrade. The furniture is horribly outdated and so are appliance.

Property is in good location. Staffs are good. Issue is with cleanliness of the room. Sofa is is like 50 years old with stains. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working....

I stayed four nights in December and had a very pleasant experience. The room was well equipped, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast with eggs, potatoes, self-made pancakes, cereals, oatmeal and the coffee was very good.

This hotel was horrible. The only time i saw anybody at the front desk was at checkin and checkout. All other times there is no one by the front desk to take complaints. The hotel room had a horrible ordor. The base board around the room was ripped up and holes were exposed. I had to put a towel by the hole so rodents won't get in the room. The bathtub was chipped and clogged up every time i took a shower. On my floor, doors were being slammed all hours of the night for no particular reason. The TV channels were not synced with the channel guide. You chose one channel and it's a completely different network than what the channel guide had. The breakfast was plain. The eggs weren't fully cooked and the potatoes were undercooked and cold. I sound like I'm all over with this review but i wanted to get everything. And finally the heat in the room kept going off and it was cold. Let this hotel be your very last choice!!!
