Hotel is in an excellent spot regarding the race track. The heated indoor pool was wonderful, Would be nice to have a spa. Styrofoam at breakfast and nauseating Fox News on breakfast tv. Being remodeled and was priced accordingly, so it was a great bargain. My room was super clean and comfy.

Hotel very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great every morning. Love having creating area in our room. Brought three couples with us this time. They all Loved it. Already planning next years trip back

The room and facilities looked renovated but the tub and plumbing did not look like it was updated. Chips on the tub and the tub did not drain.

39th anniversary getaway and it was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel was very clean, staff was phenomenal, and the breakfast was great. My only complaint was the beds!!! They were extremely uncomfortable and in need of being replaced. Both of the beds in our room were the same, the ability to feel the springs.

The check-in was friendly, but not thorough. Clerk did not advise me of breakfast hours, nor did she tell me about the need to request housekeeping service. Other than that, everything was fine.

I was in room 201. About 6:30 on the morning, doors was being slammed shut several times. I wanted to sleep in because ive had a long, restless weekend. Very disappointed that workers cant respect the people that are staying there.

The location was great, friendly staff. Our only complaint was the refrigerator did not work.

Other than the maid busting in our room at 9:00 after we yelled that we were still there and hadn’t checked out our stay was great.

The property is as advertised. Clean ,comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a good complimentary breakfast. Our stay was very good until the last evening when school bus load of children checked in. They were running the halls, slamming doors and using the hallway as their meeting room. This went on until after 11pm on a Sunday evening when we had to get up early the next morning. I don't know what the property could have done about it, but it was very annoying.

We come back to this place..only issue wascat breakfast...a female worker rearranging the cabinets..down on the floor...just in the way....feel that could be done prior to breakfast being over...overall--we will continue to come back 🙂

Stay in this hotel often! Hotel is great clean and comfy! My only issue this time was we booked this hotel so my daughter could swim after her cheer competition and the pool was closed due to pipes being busted due to weather. If the pool isn’t open I believe the hotel should contact guest before checking in to let them know. I would have stayed else where so my daughter could enjoy the pool or enjoy something else will stay again though hopefully the pool will be up and running :)

Conveniently located, just a a few miles away from Hot Springs National Park and near the exit to other attractions such as Garvan Gardens, Coleman Mining, and Ouachita Lake. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. The pool was perfect for our children, and our room was comfortable although the bathroom needs to be updated. Overall it was excellent.

Very pleased with my stay. One of the nicest hotel we stayed at for the price. Facility looked and felt brand new. Room was a nice size and nicely appointed. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had. Only down, no black out curtains on the window, the sun woke me up earlier than I wanted to .
