Excellent service by staff upon checking in. Hotel was very noisy late at night and early in the morning. Hotel room was ok. Parking was bad. Not enough parking spots available on the property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Quality Inn South Lake Tahoe on 20-21 Feb. The check-in process was smooth, providing a warm welcome. Cleanliness- good, quiet atmosphere and comfortable.

Really pleasant stay! Definitely nicer than many other quality inn locations I've been to in the past. Staff was friendly, overall a really good stay and the roof was comfortable.

We stay occasionally at the Quality in because of the proximity to the ski resort. This stay was exceptionally bad as - You get what you pay for! The tub did not have a stopper, the TV did not have a remote, the staff was super rude, the coffee machine was not refilled at 8am when everyone was getting ready to ski - this was for a good 30mins, the room was not clean when we got there - used soap in the shower and toilet paper around the room - YUCK!. Aytime we called the front desk for help, it was a rude, insulting conversation with a woman in the background giving prompts to the speaker (talk about micromanaging). I hope management reads this and can take some action to improve the service.

The room was clean. We booked the honeymoon suite so the room was equipped with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Which was really nice after being out all day. Close to everything including the beach so we parked our car at the hotel and walked everywhere. We were happy overall with our stay and we'll definitely come back.

Hot water was tepid for shower and bath.

Comfortable bed, enough space in closet and the whole room itslef. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan though. And the parking is a hit or miss. Its free and they give you a card to put on thr dashboard but there are instances that you wont find parking and thats because other people not checked in the hotel is parking there too. But overall it was good!

Neatness and place near to the visiting spots

Solid breakfast and hot tub, very close to Heavenly. More reasonably priced relative to the area, and has EV chargers on site to boot.

Great breakfast but can get crowded at times. The rooms were clean. Parking was difficult to find during night times. There are 4 chargepoint chargers on premises which is amazing. We left our car to charge overnight. But they dont enforce parking regulations so gas cars are often parked in the charging spots overnight. The managers were very friendly and even helped me out with a booking issue.

Room was dirty, sheets were dirty not replaced. Hair from previous guests and stains and comforter smelled bad. Customer service was not good.

guest parking is tight and other guest will block you in so make sure you use a spot that you cant get blocked in even if its further away from your room.

Staff was efficient and friendly. The room looked newly renovated and was comfortable. The small Breakfast dining room was overcrowded on Sunday morning, nowhere to sit down.

The lowest level of no frill hotel I would stay with my family. They had bar soap! Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast setup was super crowded. They have premade frozen biscuits Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches, waffles, and pancakes. 3 cereal, bagels, etc. No eggs or topping options for the waffles. So just above bare minimum. This place is acceptable. But I was very disappointed they didn't have a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We went during a holiday weekend so it was WAY overpriced and super crowded. Front desk was accommodating with a king bed on the ground floor since their elevator was out of order.

The size of breakfast room is quite small for all guests. Also, there’s no closet or cabinet where you can hang clothes. No remote control for AC

It was great. Only one ugly and dirty thing was the carpet. They could at least invest a bit and change it. The carpet was dirty with spots. Room and hallway. Really dirty and ugly.the owner is probably cheap!. Other than that,The stuff was great and very nice people. Only the owner needs to put more investment and change the carpet. The owner doesn't reflect tahoe spirit. Being clean!!!

Overall not bad. There were issues with the toilet when we got there. They just dropped off a plunger and left us to deal with it. Not that big of a deal, but also not what I’m wanting to do on my ski trip. After 5 flush attend and lots of plunging I got it to work. Second issue was our key cards quit working the second night. We did not place them by any phones or magnetic fields. Office was able to make us new keys, but this was what we had to deal with when done skiing. All you want to do is remove your gear, get warm and relax. I would probably stay here again, but not my first choice.

Parking was a little tough. The overall stay was nice. Pleasant staff and nice location. Would return.

Nothing to complaint. Clean room, excellent conditions. Awesome STAFF! I will definitely consider this hotel in my next time in South Lake Tahoe.

Room was accross the street from main building in front on housekeeping for building. Very inconvenient to grab breakfast in the morning and constant noise.

we got this room for a cheap price. So weren’t expecting it to be amazing. I would say its okay for 1 night stay. The room wasn’t very clean. We found an old banana at the back of the furniture. And few electric switches weren’t working correctly. The breakfast in the morning is a fish market. so small place and too many people. And the quality of breakfast is cheap. I would consider staying here again only its cheap again and if my stay is for 1 night.

Great location to casinos, dining and the lake. Pet friendly also a plus!

From check-in through check out our experience was very smooth. The room was exactly as it was described. It had a lot of space. All the amenities in the hotel, including the free breakfast were perfect. The location is walkable to restaurants and the lake. It is a perfect location.

Well. I have no idea what this motel got to do with the choice hotels to do. Pros: Nice jacuzzi, breakfast free, parking free. Close to casinos and restaurants. Cons: breakfast is a complete chaos. I would probably go early to avoid everyone trying to get food at the same time. Everything is plastic... one time use, throw away. The heater in the room is LOUD. No shampoo in shower. Would choose a different place next time. Not good value for the money.

Good place to stay. Easy 10/10

Stayed two nights leading up to Christmas. We ended up with an accesible room which made it awkward in the bathroom. No counter space in the bathroom. No hooks for hanging up things. No fan in bathroom just a small window which we didnt open as it was too cold outside. The remote control seemed like it wasn’t wiped from the last use, it had some oily substance and crustiness. Beds we’re comfortable. Room carpet had carpet stains. No closet or hanging options for clothing. Several outlets available for everyone to plug into. Conveniently located in walking distance to the village. Breakfast options were good. The automatic pancake maker actually made tasty pancakes!

Had a great stay here with family . They provide decent breakfast. Convenient location, charge point for electric car.

I found the staff to be very friendly and professional (thank you!). The breakfast was yummy and I looked forward to my waffle each morning that I was there. It's not a fancy motel/hotel, but it was pleasant and enjoyable. I will stay there again.

The stay was decent. The only problem was the bathroom in the hotel room. Even though the bathroom appeared clean it still smelled of urine, not sure if it was a plumbing issue.
